Very Frustrated

I have ordered from Redbubble many times before however this last time has led me to be completely and utterly disappointed. I ordered a poster and stickers on December 7th 2020. My poster came 3 weeks later however my stickers have yet to be delivered as of January 31st. I have tried multiple times to track my order and find out where it is and get in touch with someone however it says that my order cannot be found. There is no way to directly contact a real human from Redbubble which makes this process so incredibly frustrating. Like I said I have used them before and everything has been great but this time has sent me over the edge. I ordered these stickers for Christmas presents and now we are a month past Christmas and almost 2 months from when I place the order. I usually would not write a bad review however at this point I have exhausted all my options. If anyone knows what I can do please please please let me know!

We ordered four smartphone bumpers, estimated arrival Jan 13-15. On Jan 14 I get a message that they just got sent off, estimated arrival still Jan 13-15: hmm, let's see.

Of course it only arrives on Jan 22. And only one of the four hulls arrived. What's with the rest?!? I contact customer service and they "don't know". They do "generously" offer to reorder the remaining three for me, great. But not even with express or tracked shipping!

Now we're still waiting for the remaining three bumpers, four weeks after having ordered them...

Like most others on here, the product hasn't even shipped and it's after the arrival date. I paid $20 for expedited shipping for an item that was never sent. It was a birthday gift. I received a timely reply from customer service telling me to wait another two weeks. No offer for a refund.
The CSR blamed Covid and I understand the backlog issues carriers have experienced over the holidays, but Covid does not affect production times for handmade items. All the custom items I've bought on Etsy shipped on time, for example. If the item has not arrived by the two weeks given I will be reporting redbubble to the FTC and ICC, after seeing these other reviews it's clear they run the same scam over and over. May as well crumble up your money and throw it away.
Update 1-27:
Unbelievably, the product shipped within 12 hours of my posting this review. Scammers for sure.

I've been ordering from Redbubble for years. Last year I purchased two phone cases which ended up being poor quality. I asked to send them back for a refund and was given two vouchers instead. Alright, that's fine. I tried to use one for a Christmas present and it didn't work, emailed redbubble and they told me they changed the voucher code format so my voucher wasn't valid. They issued a replacement which I was able to use with no issues. Here's the problem:

I had a second voucher on a different email address. I was under the impression that both of the original vouchers were invalid due to the voucher format change. My whole family became sick with covid-19 from mid December through the first week on January, so finding the second voucher and asking for a replacement was forgotten. When I found the voucher on my old email account, it was several days past the original voucher expiration. I didn't think this would matter since it was invalid before that anyway, right? I messaged customer service to politely ask for a replacement. First, they marked my issue as resolved without giving a response. I messaged them again, and received a copy/paste email telling me I could join their email list for savings codes. I replied again - still politely asking for help, and now I'm being completely ignored.

Redbubble, since you won't allow me to use the voucher code I was given, please do me a favor and refund my money that I spent for the phone case. I still have it sitting in a drawer and am happy to send it back. I really don't understand how you can treat loyal customers so poorly.

Edited to add: my request was escalated and I received an email providing help with my voucher code last night at 12:16am EST, 9:16pm PST, about 20 minutes after this review was published.

I ordered 2 face masks with a design on them. I got them today. First of all they really do not qualify as face masks. Just a pice of cloth with some sting on the sides.
Second the "design" is lop sided at best. On one of the masks it completely disappears completely so you can't even tell what it is supposed to be. I am very un happy.
Avoid this site

Terrible jigsaw puzzles

The shapes of the puzzle pieces could easily fit into 50 places as there isnt much variety in the shapes. Especially attempting a black and white. The pieces are extremely thin and do not stay together well. I'm so disappointed as I spent 120.00 on 3 puzzles.

I wish I had reviews first. I am still waiting for my order, ordered weeks ago, I do not believe I will have it in time for the holidays when I planned to give it as a gift to my wife. But most frustrating is the lack of ways to contact the company for questions on the website. If they would have communicated the delays to me earlier I would have taken actions to make a different plan. But I made the mistake of trusting the delivery dates communicated to me. There's no way to get help from a human on the website and they've made no effort to communicate to me what the cause of the delays are and to set new expectations on the delivery date. Bad and frustrating experience. When and if I get the item I'll add notes about the quality - all of this negativity is around communication and timeliness, not about product quality.

I ordered a Christmas gift in November. The gift was supposed to arrive by around December 9,2020. It is now December 20 and the status of the order is "In Production". The gift cost about $75. Basically they stole my money. Do not order from this company. I thought I was getting a thoughtful gift for a friend, but instead got ripped off.

Horrible Customer Service

I had some of the worst customer service experience of any company with Redbubble. It wasn't isolated either. I had a simple issue with a late package. The first Rep didn't bother checking the order to see there was a tracking number and assumed there wasn't one and said she couldn't help. I followed up and a second Rep also didn't check the order and said she could order a replacement to get there in five weeks. I ended up emailing with a third and then fourth service rep before anyone bothered to check on the order and see what had happened in transit. They just sent replies vaguely apologizing and giving a standard response without reading what I'd written or doing any work to assist.

I ordered 2 mugs with a Shark theme. Received 2 mugs with 2 different designs that were not what I ordered. Sent email with photos. No response yet? Won't have a xmas gift for 2 people You promise a response within 24 hours of a complaint. This claim is false in my experience. I have paid for something I have not received. Very disappointed

Ordered 3 Christmas gifts on November 28th. One arrived, one is possibly lost in a post office distribution center and the third supposedly shipped on December 8th. Since then it has stated "UPS ready for package". I checked with support when it hadn't changed in several days and they assured me it was on its way. Earlier this week I followed up because it started the same and same response, "it's on it's way, if it doesn't arrive by the 23rd get a hold of us." I begged them to check with the person that sent the package to verify it had been sent and they said it had and blamed Covid. Finally I had enough and got a hold of UPS, sure enough they never received the package. So much for my nephews Christmas gift. Maybe I'll wrap up a picture of the item, that's what every 11 year old wants. The earliest they can me a replacement is the middle of January - how about you just find the original shirt and actually get it to the shipper this time. I was also offered a voucher which I want nothing to do with. NEVER buying from this site again. Go to their Facebook page and read the comments on their posts, every one has at least two people that still haven't gotten their items and no one will respond to them.

Sorry but Covid is not an acceptable excuse for me. Most people with at least a handful of marbles rolling around in their head realized last summer that online orders and shipping would be crazy this year. So if they didn't plan ahead maybe they should reconsider running a business. Fun fact: all of my Amazon orders have arrived and on time. Even the ones that were ordered last weekend have arrived.

Don't order from here, it's not worth it.

Don't waste your money

I purchased many things from red bubble for Xmas gifts and spent over 200$ and none of them are good. Quality is terrible some items were damaged or stained. It took over a month to arrive. Overall terrible experience will never use this site again total waste of money.

I live in the UK ordered 3 items a month before Christmas but only 1 arrived. After numerous support emails backwards and forwards and redrubble blaming 3rd party suppliers I asked for a refund which to be fair they processed immediately. Disappointed to not receive the goods I wanted but next time I will not be looking at international sites and will buy from the UK.

Ordered a pillow for my daughter for Christmas, made sure to order it early so it would be here in time. It said shipped and two weeks later it isn't here, come to find out by UPS it was never sent. Redbubble didn't help and told me it was sent, but UPS said otherwise. I had to have PayPal step in just to get it resolved.
