After several weeks of waiting for Christmas presents to arrive, I contacted their customer service. I was told the problem was with the third party vendor; the 3rd party vendor threw the company under the bus. Meanwhile, I don't expect these to arrive. I am not out $$ as I submitted a dispute with AMEX. Just a crummy way to run a business.

Missing and botched order

I ordered a T-shirt and tank top as gifts in November. The t-shirt arrived with the print off center and either on the wrong shirt or it's misrepresented on their site. The tank top was marked as shipped, but so far 9 days later ups has not actually received it to send out. I keep getting the same blow off from customer service. The won't address the missing item until 9 days after I was supposed to receive it. The other item is garbage. Twitter and live chat are the only ways to contact them and you can't get any real help. This company is a total rip off.

Lost my order
December 10, 2020

I ordered two shirts for a Christmas gift, a month before Xmas. They said they were delivered, but they weren't. Contacted customer service and they said the package was lost and they'd send the shirts again. Great! Just got the shirts and they gave me the wrong order! Contacted them again and they said they will send a replacement, but I won't receive it till January! Are you serious.

Literally the WORST customer service. I have ordered from Redbubble several times in the past and had great experiences, but this time they sent me all of my stickers (a $30+ purchase) and they were so grainy and blurry you could hardly make out the images! I reached out to the support team and they told me that I would have to pay to have them reprinted and if I wanted them in time (the date I was originally supposed to get them), I would need to pay an extra $20 for express shipping - when they only mail the stickers via USPS for free in the first place! Absolutely horrible and did nothing to try to remedy my situation. Will now be looking for last minute gifts instead. Stay away!

Bought two large prints-posters from them and they shipped the items in flimsy cardboard box. Box arrived crushed and the posters were ruined and unusable: dented, creased all over and damaged. Who ships prints and or posters in a box instead of a proper tube? Buyer beware! They did finally refund me but that is not the point.

Not a smooth experience

When needing assistance after a purchase, I carefully explored the Redbubble website looking for customer help (e.g. Real contact information for real customer help). I needed to inquire about what, at the time, seemed like a failed delivery. So I explored the entire website looking for help... to no avail. I could not find anything relevant or useful: everything was automated, there was no real contact information, there was no real customer support. Luckily, when I had made my purchase from Redbubble, I had chosen to pay with PayPal. Good thing! Because it was only when I decided to involved PayPal (in my impossible mission of trying to get answers from Redbubble about my order's delivery) that I began to get answers. After many hours of coming and going, I was finally able to get most of the answers I needed. However, it took a lot of work from my part, and (as I said) it took PayPal's involvement. Additionally, Redbubble made some strange mistakes both with the delivery details and during the email communications (that is, once I was able to start communicating with them). Having to work through those issues was time-consuming. So now that I know what they're like, I certainly will not purchase anything else from them again.

Ordered 2 masks with glitter and 1 mask with gilding. Mask material consists of a picture of glittered cloth, so NO SPARKLE. Same with gilded turtle mask. I was surely taken advantage of. Don't trust Redbubble!

It was supposed to be a dark blue zip-up hoodie. It gave me a black pull over that was delivered to the wrong address. Other than that and the fact it took about an hour to fix the drawstring, it was decent.

Scam Company (IMO)

Ordered a product and paid extra for express delivery. According to my account, the product has never been made or shipped. When I cancelled the order they will not provide a refund, only a voucher for future use. What use is a voucher for a company I never want to deal with again.

In retrospect, there would be nothing to stop them from posting items that don't exist and offering vouchers when they never arrive. Hopefully that's not the case.

Places an order, had to wait 1,5 week, that's pretty long but ok.
Wasn't there on due date. Send an email. Was't there on second due date.
Had to wait 1 month for my delivery. After lots of mails.
Disappointed.

I'm going to attach photos of two items I PAID for from this "art collective"... I think they will speak for themselves...
FIRST, I ordered a (what I thought) would be an inspirational print on a tank top naming certain African-American leaders and legends and was sent NOT what was advertised and shown, but a truly offensive shirt with the line "WHITE like Maya", not "WRITE like Maya" (don't think Ms Angelou would be amused)...

I decided that it was probably unintentional, and just a slight printing error (although I haven't and won't ever wear the shirt), so I decided to "give them another shot"...

I ordered an amusing shirt about old folks (like me) which was SUPPOSED to say "Don't Piss OFF old people" (NOT piss ‘of' old people) because "Life in Prison is less of a deterrent" (and received "Life in ‘Prisen' is less of a ‘diterrent')...
Even excusing the obvious lack of any English Language familiarity, where is the QUALITY CONTROL (maybe if I sent it to ‘wualtey cintrel' I might have received a response...

No need for a "Third Strike" for these folks...

"Fool me twice... won't get fooled again"

Do not use this company that sells inferior stickers that cannot be removed from the backing, I purchased a lip reading sticker to put on my mask to alert people to the fact that I can't hear and the stickers do not come apart from the backing. It cost $20 all up and that is disgusting exploitation of deaf people during a time that we are already frustrated about our ability to communicate with others. The stickers are too large to stick on a mask
Edit: red bubble fully refunded cost when I complained, so I have edited this review. Don't buy the stickers but the company seems solid

I ordered a special blanket for a homeless person and the shipper was only 1.5 hours from my house. I contacted the post office they instructed me to contact UPS. When I did USP said the package was lost and to contact RedBubble so the paperwork could be started. The $#*! Ronald refused to help me. I emailed over 20 times and even had to get the Better Business Bureau involved. Ronald claimed it was due to covid19 which UPS had already told me this was not the case. UPS also said if RedBubble would not help that I should file a lawsuit. Its ashamed that you have to go to such extreme when all he had to do was his job and call UPS. He also claimed that he did not have the tracking number. Huge lie. I just got an email from the lying jerk that the track the pack and it is lost. More than a month of going back and forth with this $#*! and he did not believe me. I also told him the meaning behind the blanket. Still he did not care or do anything. Just goes to show how little RedBubble cares about their customers. You would think a manager would have done a little more. I will never order from this company again!

Bad platform

I tried setting up shop with their website and wow was it a pain in the $#*!. Everything was going good until i had to setup a payment method. It kept telling me my email wasn't confirmed (it was) and wouldn't let me log in to my paypal. I ended up resetting my password twice and it still wouldn't let me log in, I went to refresh the page and it logged me out of everything. I tried to setup my store again but nothing was saved, I had multiple products going up and now had to manually adjust prices for everything and go through this process AGAIN. Cherry on top is I ended up with the same results so,@#$! Redbubble@#$! Their website@#!$ their process and sell somewhere else. Cheers!

You seem to have "nice stuff" and the customer service was very good, the only problem, well, this is the most important problem, is that the products are how would you say in the nicest way, Garbage, I ordered 8 masks and 1 shirt, this is the worst quality possible, not to mention they don't fit properly, I know this has nothing to do with protection, it's about a cool gimmick, but unfortunately there's nothing cool about how they fit, it's like you're wearing an oversized diaper on your face, which is all open on the sides, making you look like a duck. The pictures on the masks are nice, but of course never look like the pictures on the website, last but not least, they are very expensive, I mean for the cheap material that it is, they're very expensive! I only wish I had looked at their return policy earlier cause I would have returned everything, I didn't know there was only 14 days to return masks, not to mention this order was for some other people as well and now I feel responsible for their purchase

Received a large format framed poster in the mail, and it turns out it was printed from an incredibly low quality image. See photo. Stay away, no quality control. This wasn't even close to acceptable. Order number was ******* - am battling with their bureaucracy for a refund - which is also no easy task.
