I signed up as an artist to sell my work on Red Bubble. I wondered why I received no money form the sale of my work so I logged into my account the other day and to my horror discovered that the bank account info in my account was not mine, I tried to change this and it wouldn't allow me to do so, so I emailed support at Red Bubble and waited ages for a reply. Juan replied telling me to log in from a new browser and try again. I did this and then my account was suspended so I emailed Juan back and a bot sent a reply, I then went back to the site and tried to log in again but was told to appeal against my account being suspended by taking a photo of myself holding up a piece of paper with today's date on it, my user name and real name and send it in with my appeal. I did all of that and the message was that they cannot guarantee a successful appeal which will take weeks. Now my account is off line as is my work - well to me anyway - I now feel that they have been paying the commission monies into their own account and don't want me to find out so they have stopped me logging in. I was getting messages to say I had made sales and the pittance due to me would be paid to me and it was a pittance, I have tried several times to email them and my email tracker shows they are not even reading my emails. They have made a lot of money and are on the stock market, I suspect they are selling people's work in Australia where they are based and not telling artists overseas, they are a bad company and they abuse and ill treat artists, I would s trongly recommend that people steer well clear of this company and its website as that will put them at risk of the same abuse as I have endured. They have bots sending you infuristing emails and they don't help when there is a problem. I am not considering legal action I feel they have stolen my work. They are crooks. (Attached is a photo of what I now see when I try to access my profile on Red Bubbe).
Ordered item on 25th of May and was assured if I paid for Express shipping it would be here in two days.^ days later and I contacted the chat line of RedBubble and one gentleman said it was shipped so I called Fed Ex and it was not picked up. I got the chat line again and now to get a answer today I have to pay a $1. I am unable to cancel as their program gives you a run around just because they made the shipping label 30 seconds after I ordered I have no choice but to contact my credit card company. I might want to mention I only live 65 miles away from my sellers address. Stay away if you don't like lying and Postal over charges.
First, my order took over one month to arrive. Then the design on my sweatshirt disappeared after ONE wash. I washed it inside out in cold water in a normal cycle in my washing machine. I could have spent a lot less if I had gone to Walmart to get a plain back sweatshirt, and it would look better.
Something is odd about these customer service reviews because I kept going back and forth trying to find a contact email address or phone number and got nothing. The order is past it's due date and I am not even sure if I am ever going to receive it! How do you contact this company?
I ordered 4 items off the Dooney and Burke page and got nothing close to what I ordered and it's all fake. I contacted them and nothing
I have spent $$$ at Redbubble, and worked on two stores, and interviewed for a job with them, but I would never shop at Redbubble again after they closed one of my stores without notice or giving any reason, even after I made contact and asked about it. It's absolutely unacceptable. This is the worst customer experience possible, they just destroy your hard work without explanation or notice.
I purchased a T-shirt for my daughter on April 29 and paid extra for shipping so she would have it for her birthday on may 6. I was supposed to receive my package on May 5th (expedited delivery). I am STILL waiting for my package. I've tried contacting REDBUBBLE but can NOT find a phone number, email or customer service number anywhere on there site. I will NEVER order from this company again!

I ordered $215 of items, 10 shirts from Red Bubble. I received an EMPTY envelope with only my home address and Red Bubbles return address! Not 1 shirt was in it! Just air. Heartbroken daughter as these were for her birthday :( Now I have to wait 120 days from my bank for dispute.
Red Bubble why would you do this? I will be contacting BBB and file report on them.
Ordered a T-shirt, was told to expect a confirmation email. Haven't gotten said email. Notified customer service, they said they resent it-still no confirmation email. They ask for an alternate address- what, the one you're emailing me at from CS that works fine isn't good enough for you? So they confirm my order's in progress, but STILL can't seem to figure out how to send a confirmation email to the address they're using to reply to me. Competence level- quite obviously low. Debating any further orders, not fond of people who do business online but can't figure out a simple email. Makes me nervous. Sitejabber is asking for Proof of Purchase- HELLO, that's the problem, they won't send me any!

I ordered several baseball jersey t shirts from ThePr00gl0rd. The quality is awful! Material extremely thin and all shrunk 4 sizes when laundered in cold water and cool dry. WASTE OF MONEY!
Stickers and the like from Redbubble have been fine but avoid ThePr00gl0rd at all costs.

Their software is compromised. Had a fraudulent charge and I contacted redbubble directly. They refused to provide me with the transaction details and instead told me to file a police report.
I ordered a fitted face mask which ended up being $27.00 with tax and shipping. It is a TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT. I was the premium fitted mask. A black mask stitched with white thread which looks like white spots that are NOT supposed to be on the black fabric. NOT at all like the picture. Also, it is supposed to be fitted but it is NOT fitted because it is made from a knit fabric which was stretched so much when it was stitched around the edge (with white thread) that it has NO SHAPE and is flat. Actually, it is kind of ruffled around the edge. It is NOT fitted as advertised and pictured. I paid more for a fitted mask and it is NOT fitted.
This is a TOTAL waste of money. NOT as advertised and NOT as pictured. VERY CHEAPLY MADE, especially for $27+ dollars.

I placed an order for 4 stickers of various sizes totaling $46.35 including shipping. I received notification that 3 of the 4 items shipped on one day and that the final item shipped a couple of days later. I never received the first shipment but did receive the second shipment. When I contacted Rebubble they passed it off as being delayed because of Covid and contact them in 10 days if shipment was not received. I received the second shipment and when I contacted Rebubble again about the first shipment and requested they reship my order, they came back and said the items were no longer available and would issue a voucher and not a refund. Now they charged my credit card immediately so they should issue a refund for the 3 items not received. I would not I trust them for any future purchases if this is an example of their service.
You dont get what you order. I ordered mask got cases of throw pillows with no opportunity to get refund no number to call they just steal your money as store credit — will stay away from it

I ordered two puzzles over a month ago; my card was charged immediately, but the puzzles have not yet been produced, nor can I get a date when they might be shipped. Customer service was of no help.
As soon as you start making some profit they start taking down your artwork claiming infringement of copyright. One-way communication no matter how you try to contact them. Sell your art elsewhere.
Answer: They seem fake to me. I received such horrible service that its hard to believe this is the same Redbubble. Maybe they improved alot since OR maybe they are paying their own marketing people to post fake positive reviews. We will never know. I would say its not worth the risk. Go with another seller.
