Horrible store

Buyer be aware. Don't shop anything from the store redbubble. This store has no customer service. So if anything goes wrong with your order there is no one to communicate with. Another thing this store doesn't believe in giving back refunds. Any thing goes wrong with your order and you would like a refund. They prefer you keep the items even if you don't want to. Do not give you a refund they will keep your money. Ignore all your emails stay away from this store they scammers.

I will never use this company again. They say you can contact them but you can't. Wanted to try and get a refund because my package had been sent but never delivered.

Glad it wasn't a big gift or anything.

Terrible experience

Their third party cancelled two out of three sweatshirts right before Christmas. They gave me a voucher to cover two more shirts plus tax and shipping but the third party never returned an inquiry on where my new order was. When I asked for a refund they refunded me the price of the original order minus what I paid for shipping. They told me the order was partly shipped so I didn't get refunded the tax and shipping for the other two. Twenty bucks shipping for two hoodies I never got because they shipped one thing they ordered! I would have just told them to keep the other hoodie instead of getting shipping on one for the price of three! Pathetic...

Garbage quality

Do not buy stickers from here. They are horrific quality. More than half of the stickers were so pixelated you could barely tell what they were. Every image was grainy. I ordered a crew neck sweatshirt and they sent it once to me as a hoodie and the print was so small and off center. They said they would replace it, and address the issues with the 3rd party printer. They sent me a hooded sweatshirt twice! I just wanted the crew neck.
Customer service was kind, took them a few days to respond each time though.

I ordered an A-line dress from Redbubble. When it arrived it was huge and it was only a size XS. I have been trying to either return it or at the least get a voucher for another product. I have a trail of emails asking for pictures, where it was sent, etc, etc. I have complied with all their requests but when it comes to getting actual refund or credit, forget it. I will probably end up disputing the charge. Couple of notes... I read the reviews on the website about the dress and felt confident in my purchase. Now that I have the dress and went back to look at the reviews, there are NO negative reviews. I tried to add a review regarding the sizing and I could not find a place to do so. I will say the printing quality is good but I am not going to wear a dress that looks like a tent on my and I am just a size 6.

I placed an order for a long sleeved t-shirt in Sept, 2021. Estimated delivery date was 9-29-10/01/2021. Never arrived. Contacted Redubble 10/15/21. They said they were sending a replacement estimated to be arriving 10/26-28/2021. Then I received email it would be 10/28/21-11/04/21, and to contact them no later than 11/04/21. I contacted them.
I'm pretty sure I won't be receiving this shirt. I hope they enjoyed the $28 they got for nothing. It would be nice if I didn't have to worry about $28 but I do.
I will go to Twitter and warn people to not do business with them. Facebook too.

These guys are shipping normal sized posters in square, flimsy poster tubes that get crushed and bent every time. And instead of shipping a replacement in a sturdier round tube, they ship in the same flimsy square tube. Over and over again. If you want to request a refund, there is not an option for that. There's only an option for another replacement or a RedBubble credit. I have also contacted the artist, Coincarre, but they will not contact to arrange for an alternative way to get the poster to me.
THESE GUYS ARE RIPOFF ARTISTS. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

**UPDATE - They finally got back to me on Oct 27th and let me know that they would be sending me a new shirt free of charge. They also said that I could keep the other shirt and that I didn't have to return it. While I am happy that this finally got resolved, I'm still disappointed that it took so long. Original Review is below**

The only reason why my review is 2 stars instead of less is because the stickers I had ordered came out great. The T-shirt on the other hand was not. The design I had ordered was visibly off-center and not to my liking at all. I tried to submit a return request on my phone but the website would error out when I would try to upload the required photo. Then when I submitted the request on my computer, they said I would be contacted in about 24 hrs. It's been a week since I submitted the request and STILL nothing!

As a creator, don't expect ANY sort of reasoning or respect from this company. They try to project a friendly, happy-go-lucky image for the public but if you get in the crosshairs of their draconic bots, you're doomed.

They suspend your account for no reason, even before attempting to create any products, with no explanation. I create an account and three days later, BOOM! You're suspended! I hadn't even had a chance to do anything, just getting familiar with the backend interface!

Good luck trying to then contact someone. They will snub you on messenger, email, social media, you name it!

Their appeal process is a joke. No text field to even explain anything. Nothing!

If you DARE to reply to that suspension email, they threaten you: if you reply to this email any further, your suspension is permanent! How horrible is that?

Thousands of well-meaning people get their accounts suspended for no reason. For no reason and with no explanation! It's almost like they don't WANT you to do what it was built for.

Don't put all your eggs in the Redbubble basket. You will be disappointed sooner or later. It looks like everyone working there is a bot.

Kids 13+ face mask's

My daughters is 11 years old, so I ask her to pick out some of my designs on redbubble, I had a couple intentions out of this:
1. See the material quality: The 4 of them had an amazing print
2. For my kid feel more motivated using the mask at school: This was a problem... the mask is too thin to properly cover her and is a little small to cover her face properly, she doesn't feel comfortable using the mask, and just to make ME happy, she wear them sometimes on top of a regular mask (I appreciated the intention but if id doesn't fit her or protect her I prefer not to use it at all)
3: Shipping times: It was perfect.

1) Redbubble's customer support is a joke. My order arrived incomplete and it has taken them a week to "research what went wrong" rather than try to make my order right (and I still do not have a resolution).
2) Their stickers do not stick to plastic at all, even after the plastic surface has been prepared properly.
3) Their "kiss-cut" stickers come with a very wide white border around them, which is not the look we were hoping for.
Overall, an absolute waste of money.

Fraudulent Offers

They say that if you refer a friend you will get fifteen dollars in "sticker credit.": Once you've accepted the offer it turns out the that the "fine print" says that your friend had to pay sixty dollars and use the provided link.

This information is all in the fine print. FCC regulations are clear that you cannot provide an online offer and then just qualify it with a lot of "fine print" laying out further conditions.

Avoid Redbubble at all costs!

I ordered $227.84 worth of cycling clothing on July 30th. The expected delivery date was August 11-17. I get a shipping notice without an update on the expected delivery dates on August 16. Obviously, the order can not ship on August 16th and get there by
UPS Mail Innovations, the UPS trade-off delivery service with the USPS. I contacted Redbubble via chat to obtain the tracking number so I can add it to my shipment tracking software and was told they ship via standard shipment. Now one more time. $227.84 of merchandise and this shyster company ships via a method with no tracking number? How do they even know if it shipped because they use a third-party printing company? How do they even know if it is actually delivered?

I told these assclowns that if this package does not arrive by the upcoming Thursday (a full three weeks after the order date) I will file a chargeback with American Express.

Another company that does not stock what they sell, uses a third-party printer so they do not see the quality of what is shipped and offer zero updates on order status.

Redbubble, and absolute garbage operation!

I LOVE Redbubble

I've been buying different items from Redbubble since 2008 and even though sometimes (rarely) the print quality on the items was a little blurry, Redbubble's customer service always made it right! A+++ I totally recommend this site, especially if you're looking for really unique stickers and art prints.

Redbubble missed adding the commercial invoice while shipping it via Fedex and now it's stuck at customs. No response from Redbubble despite multiple queries. For a company that supposedly ships across multiple countries, you'd think they'd keep note of these requirements.

My art work came rolled up so tight it won't frame properly. You can not reach this company. In "contact us" just a bunch of automated - unrelated answers spit out at your questions. Waste of time and money. Never again.

I ordered two tshirts and one sweatshirt. The sweatshirt looks okay. After I had washed the tshirts, I held them up and saw the problems. On the first tshirt, the design had been applied off center. Not just a little bit, but significantly off center. The second tshirt design placement wasn't as bad, but upon closer inspection, I saw that about a quarter inch of the top of the design had been chopped off. Needless to say, very disappointing.

Quality has gone down

I know Redbubble uses third-party providers to print (at least here in the US). Of my 3 orders in the past 6 months from a variety of artists (including myself), the first one was decent quality for both the stickers and the notebook, but the last two just this month were garbage. I had to get the stickers remade because they had yellow smudges on them and were grainy, and then then replacement didn't have yellow smudges but were still very grainy. I'm thinking about pulling my designs altogether if this is par for the course with them.

There is NO add a coupon link if you make a mistake and tell these stupid $#*!s about it. They keep sending the same damn email explaining why (and how?) I have to use the voucher they set up for me. News flash! You can't use the "credit" they established to replace your $#*!ed up order that they cancelled. I have tried all damn morning to apply this voucher with NO LUCK and NO damn help either!. They refuse to help me! Now I am IRRATE, ANGRY and VERY ENRAGED! Plus cussing like a truck driver! Customer service is a $#*!ing joke!. They can keep their damn merchandise! I do not need this hell! Stay away unless you get so angry you could break something!
