Redbubble is fabulous! The quality of the product meant that I ordered the wrong size shirts which are gifts for Christmas. I assumed the shirts would run small and ordered a size up. When I received them, I realized my error. These are quality t-shirts that run true to size. I contacted Redbubble, received the same shirts in the correct size needed- and was told to donate the other shirts to Charity. Love this! The communication was excellent and I was notified when the new product was on it's way. I will definitely look to order from this company again :)

Avoid using this company at all costs. Customer service in non existent. Did not want to listen, and seemed to be reading from a cue card. Estimated delivery? Don't believe the dates they give, it would probably turn up a week late

Fantastic service

Ordered for the first time and used paypal as i feel more secure this way. Ordered some jake paul t shirts and was worried that they may not be up to much quality wise but fantastic quality is what i got and the delivery was very quick, would use again very happy with the products and service so far.

Couldn't be happier!

I ordered 9 shirts with prints from different artists. The shirts arrived the next week, within the timeline I had been given. When the shirts arrived they quality of the both the prints and the shirts were excellent. Shirts were from Canvas Bella, a brand I had worn before, and has held up well.

Unfortunately, despite trying to follow the sizing chart, the shirts were a little too large. The return process was simple, and easy to begin. Despite it being a relatively large order (9 shirts), customer service immediately submitted a new order to replace all the shirts with the smaller size. Further, I was told that I didn't even need to return the original shirts, and could donate them or give them to someone else.

The entire process from ordering, to returns, was smooth and easy to follow. The quality of the final product was excellent, and their customer service response to my issue couldn't have been better.

This as my first time using RedBubble, but it won't be my last.

Amazing service! Ordered my Redbubble tee in a large and when it arrived, it was too big for me. I was so sad to have to return it to get a smaller size, but once my request was processed they said I could keep the one I had and that they were already sending me a new one! Great service, and the tee itself was adorable!

In response to my comments below, Redbubble refunded my purchase. It is much appreciated. However, as stated below, no products reached me. What is the purpose then, of providing clients with the hope of receiving customized shirts, only to give them a full refund in return?

Two shirts ordered in August, estimated delivery 6 September. It is now 8 October, and casually noted on their website that it was DELIVERED, incidentally on the day that I am supposed to follow up a missing order. The administration of finding my order thus becoming my problem.

Redbubble is a fraud of a firm. Absolutely disgusted in this scammery.

Scammed by Redbubble. No tracking number. Missing Order? Never shipped? Guess we will never know.

Received poster at date specified. Poster was of a poor quality, and print had lines in it. Also print was damaged and had creases in it.

Great designs

Fast delivery, excellent customer service.
Many different styles and fabrics to choose from. My favorite is the unisex t-shirt it's very soft and longer in the Torso then the classic t-shirt. Overall excellent experience.
