The content on there site is really good and the options they give to spice things up is great. Also they run discount specials all the time. But once you order stuff is where everything goes down hill I've ordered from here a few times. Last year for Christmas i thought i'd order something early (black Friday) they lost my order 3 times and were super against giving me a refund let alone resending my package. I figured I give them another shot i ordered off them 3 weeks ago 3 tee's and 2 mugs. Got the mugs lost the tee's and they still haven't sent a replacement.

I recommend RedBubble to everyone who wants to buy something online without anxiety, in great peace. I bought a case for an iPhone and a team of very good professionals followed me until I wasnt totally happy. A little flaw: it took so much time to arrive!

Great customer service!

I mistakenly ordered a phone case in the wrong size and requested a refund. I was doubtful I would receive one because it was a custom order. I was emailed back promptly and given a refund in full! I can now purchase the correct size case with the refund and don't have to pay extra to make up for my mistake! Fantastic service.

RedBubble has a huge variety of designs, and all of them are great. I've even been able to find designs for fandoms that normally don't have much merchandise. Their prices are reasonable and well worth the amount of quality you get. Everything I've ordered so far has been high quality and looked great. Also, their shipping is fast, and all of my items have been packaged safely. I would definitely recommend RedBubble!

Choose the wrong size, made a request for exchange online, got an answer in 2h that they are already processing my new order with correct sizes, with no need to send back the "way too big" tees. I will give them to charity:)

I ordered stickers and t-shirts from this website and I received the products in a timely manner. I was very pleased with the quality of everything I ordered and have recommended the website to a few friends (who also were happy with their order). I usually do not write reviews but the customer service at REDBUBBLE was amazing, I was in a time crunch for my order and they got back to me within a few hours every time I messaged them with a question.

I need my tee shirt by the 17th. Chantal reiterated the problem but said nothing could be done because the shirt was already shipped. I suggested having another shirt sent today by express which would arrive on time but have not heard back. It is still not too late for me to ensure that I have the shirt for the event on the 17th.

I was excited to order three products from RedBubble, but I turned out to be pleased with only two of the three. The print and t-shirt were fine, the mug was poorly printed and had faded coloring.

Fortunately, RedBubble acknowledged the problem and offered me a refund or a credit. I chose the credit because there are many other nice designs to choose from. Good customer service and nice selection of products.

Very bad Delivery system

After 2 Months of waiting to receive my package they still dont know what is the problem and they have issued a refund. ( sounds like it was loan and they are paying back the money) I requested to send the package with proper company with express service as an apology or compensation but they just say sorry and what we can do is refund your money. Is this professional? Redbubble operating couple of years now and they still cant solve such a problem in a professional way! Its was my mistake to order from this site before reading any reviews. So Disappointed

After 2 Months of waiting for my order they simply decided to refund my money!

I was waiting for one month for my order. After one month I contacted the support and they offered me a replacement with the same amount and they told me I have to wait for 21 business days more to get my package. And Im waiting now and not sure if i will get it! Feel so upset :(

I am disgusted with the serviced I got withbthe company. Ive order through you before and got my items but for some reason that wasnt the case this time. With me as an customer it only takes one time to mess up to lose my business. I normally would brag on the company to people I know about the work and how the customer always receives their items but will no longer be spreading that word around. I feel as through if my money is being taken out of my account within 3.5 seconds of me ordering something my items should be delivered to me with no problem and if it going to be a problem I should be contacted immediately. As of today I would no longer be ordering from the company and will most definitely letting people I know what has happened to me. Because it is completely unacceptable.

Ordered some stickers

Ordered some stickers. They're good but... could be better? If you look closely the stickers are kind of pixely, but that's only if you look closely. And the white borders are a little too thick to my liking, i believe all the stickers have a 3mm white border, would be nicer if it were 1.5mm or less. And the stickers aren't smooth, i dont think they have that thin layer of plastic on top of it.

Other than that though... the site is dope. Has a lot of things to choose from. Good job to the artists. I'm surprised at how quickly the stickers came though 'cause i bought from multiple artists and they were not all from the same country or state. Downloaded the app as well but it doesn't seem to link to your account on the website 'cause all my favorites disappeared.
