I've ordered multiple times from RedBubble and always love the t-shirts I get. I prefer their site over others because of the originality and variety of the designs, and the fact that I can choose what color and style of t-shirt. They are delivered when they say they will be, and I always get compliments when I wear them. I actually have not had any problems, so I can't speak to the customer service.
My daughters love ordering from Redbubble and for the first time our post office lost the package. I was able to reach Karla via email and the issue was taken care if immediately without me having to call and wait on the phone in the middle of my work day.
I ordered from RedBubble a few times, but the last 2 orders I sent made it so I will never use them again. They got BOTH SEPARATE ORDERS wrong, and both were birthday presents. It was a hassle to ask for a return; the gifts I gave wound up being a month late and my friend had already left to go back to her country so I had to pay extra to ship it to her instead of giving it to her while she was here. Not to mention there was 0 compensation for the inconvenience. I'm not one to complain but I feel like I should have received a store credit or a full refund for the mistake they made not once, but twice. I'm always tempted to order from them again but then I remember the nightmare that it was. I've had friends say the same thing about RedBubble so I have warned people via Facebook not to use this company. It's a shame because their products are decent quality. But their service needs a LOT of work before I ever even consider buying there again.

My daughter has her designs on redbubble so i was very excited to order one of her designs for a duvet cover in our caravan. My first disappointment was that i was unable to purchase matching pillowcases, but i sort of understood that mayybe some designs wouldnt work well on a pillowacase. Then when i received the cover i was dissappointed that the pattern is only on the top of the cover, but still pleased with the quality of the print and the top fabric. I then realised (my error) that an Australian queen size quilt is smaller than a US queen size quilt so i thought i would just send for a new one from the US. And this is where i was very dissappointed -the standard US queen quilt size is not the same as the queen quilt size sold by redbubble. I am so dissappointed and i am now having to think about paying for alterations to the quiltcover so that we can use it. For a product that cost so much i expected better.

I needed to talk about returning or exchanging an item and the customer service representative was very professional, very helpful, and very timely with their responses. It was one of the best experiences I've had conversing with an online shopping website in full honesty. I am very satisfied with the customer service here.
Great customer service! You've got to be crazy, you've got to have a real need, you've got to sleep on your toes, when you're in the streets, you've got to be able to pick out the easy meat with your eyes closed.
My granddaughter wanted a larger size but the item was no longer available. The company issued me a credit to use towards the next purchase good for a year. She couldnt find anything she else she wanted (the life of a 13 year old) so I emailed them & asked them to send me a return label so I wouldnt have to pay for the shipping back. They credited my account & told me to keep the item or donate it! I couldnt believe it. What a fabulous company!
I signed up for a Redbubble account, today. When I tried to enter my payment information, I got a "Computer Says No" error page. Repeatedly. I disabled my ad blocker just to be sure that wasn't the problem. Still no dice, so I contacted customer service via live chat, and they immediately blamed me. Told me to use another browser to access it. I use Chrome. If your site doesn't work with Chrome, you have failed. The tech support person actually suggested I try Edge. Seriously?
And after all that, the tech support person refused to transfer me to another team for help. I have not, in recent memory, had an experience this bad just trying to set up an account.
Additional actions taken: I finally got logged in with Edge. Same error. I updated my flash player. Same Error.

Pleased with my purchases. Great customer service. Had one issue, which was resolved immediately to my satisfaction. Can be expensive but there are regular discount campaigns. Overall - very good.
It's a wonderful site to get that perfect tee. My son is a musical theater actor and I have purchased him many unique tees which he loves. He rocks them before and after performances. Great advertisement for both Redbubble and the artist of the tee. He gets many compliments and refers them to Redbubble. Win-win.
Awesome products made with great quality! The artists on the site are really talented. I've ordered stickers many times to make my own fridge magnets (stick sticker on magnet sheets and cut). Really cute and funny designs out there. Also, there are so many promo codes and discounts on the site, you can get a really good deal for wall art and other items as well!
I bought posters and stickers from redbubble in two separate occasions.
I first bought stickers. They were amazing - so many options to choose from, great quality and the designs were incredibly adorable! Would highly recommend the stickers.
Then I decided to buy posters from them. I was really excited because they had so many designs I could choose from, and I loved the designs! I wanted to buy them all but I settled for two. When the posters arrived, I opened them up and I was disappointed by the quality of the print. It's not a clean print, there were streaks throughout the posters. I definitely would not order posters from them again.

Redbubble's stuff is costly but they really have awesome stuff. But I ordered my phone case in July. The package arrived damaged with a huge scrap that went through the bag and the paint off the case. I filled out a replacement form and Sharmela was quick enough (roughly 30 mins later) to respond. She placed a replacement order right then and there with no additional charge or the need to return the damaged phone case. This time the phone case arrived great- no scratches in sight. So I put away the first phone cover for later. A few months later, I noticed that the phone case was fading when I was comparing it to the damaged one. It doesn't even have its radiant colors anymore. Now, it is noticeably worse. It looks worn out as if I had for years instead of a couple months.
Crappy quality for the price I had to pay for it.

Answer: They seem fake to me. I received such horrible service that its hard to believe this is the same Redbubble. Maybe they improved alot since OR maybe they are paying their own marketing people to post fake positive reviews. We will never know. I would say its not worth the risk. Go with another seller.
