Just found out there were no more product keys well after 24 hours after the purchase. Now I cannot get a refund for 3-5 more days. I needed the program for a college essay and money has been really tight for me. I had just saved enough money to pay for the program. Should have done my research. I can't talk to them on the phone and no replies to email. Chat took well over an hour just to receive the message that they were out. AVOID THIS COMPANY! After reading some of the reviews now I am concerned that I will even receive a refund.
Microsoft dictates what you buy what works and charges you for everything with no support to fix their mess.

I was unable to download the software I purchased on the site and was promised a full and immediate refund. Three weeks later, and two more complaints, and the refund has not been processed. Of course, I've raised the issue with my credit card company which has always come through for me but I question the legitimacy of a site that refuses to honor its promises. Don't buy from them. Plus their prices are higher than others.

24 hours later, i am still waiting for my download link and product key to be emailed to me. I have not been able to contact the company since placing my order. They do not respond to emails, the phone number is an automated line that lead nowhere and is now saying they are closed for the new year festivities, and that online orders will still be processed immediately. It also says their live chat service will remain open, but a quick check of their website indicates no such service exists. I can not even cancel my order on their website. Do NOT waste your time with downloadable software from this company if you need it in a timely fashion. I'm going to lose a client because they failed to mention holiday hours when i placed my order and aren't living up to their garauntees on their website.
