I was searching for MS office for mac and the google search brought me to their page for MS office 2013. There was no description that this product was for Windows only. I purchased the software and upon downloading discovered that it was a ". Exe" Windows file, not Mac. I asked customer service what I could do and they said that they would not issue a refund. Now, yes, if I had clicked into the product section I may have seen the mac options, but the google link brought me to that product page which did not list "Windows only." Not very happy about the issue.

About a month ago, i placed an order for Office 2016 home and business. True enough i got an email with the product key and link.
To my surprise... its a Legit Micrsoft link.
Got my License key registered with my email and downloaded the installer.
Had the worst day installing Office 2016, i was getting errors upon errors. I contacted Redboxsoftware through their LiveChat and ask for help.
They did all the works for me... remove the freaking expired Office 365 (which is causing the error), installed and activated my Office 2016.
Their rep. Sebastian even helped me Optimized my PC.
Believe it or not this is the most fun i had purchasing software online.

We bought Redbox software on the promise that it'd help us transfer data from an old drive to a new one. It didn't work so we asked for help. When it still didn't work after we did what they told us to, do we said we wanted all or part of our money back. They immediately sent us a very formal letter threatening us with a LAW SUIT if we told anyone, online or otherwise, that we didn't like the product. I guess the "Scam Police" will be knocking my door down soon. Their audacity in saying in one of their responses to an equally bad review on this site "Please don't make assumptions without actual facts. We can always refund your order if you are not satisfied".
I was pretty surprise when i got my License key when i checked my inbox.
I redeem the license online via Microsoft and download directly from Microsoft as well! If you don't believe me... here's a screenshot of my Microsoft activation
Their instructions are fairly easy to follow.
1. go to setup.office.com/downloadoffice/
2. Type your license key
3. Sign in with your email
4. Download your software
Then i just waited for like 30mins (my internet is not the fastest and with my sister watching youtube all the time...)

On Feb 17,2016 we ordered Office for Mac 2011, and the payment of $90.00 cleared our bank the very next day. We HAVE YET TO RECEIVE an ACTIVATION CODE or DOWNLOAD INSTRUCTIONS. We phoned, were put on hold and got tired of waiting for Redbox to pick back up. We sent an email and received NOTHING. When we click "FREE CUSTOMER SERVICE Our customer service reps are available 24/7 to assist you" on Redbox's webpage, we get returned to the homepage. The only email address we can find on the page is *******@redboxsoftware.com - that's right: SALES!

We actually tried to call you on 2 separate occasions - Feb 28,2016 7:02:27 AM and Mar 2,2016 1:23:38 PM but did not get a hold of anyone.
Purchased software and was told it would be available immediately- it was not, so I cancelled the order and when the e-mail came with the software key, informed the thirdparty sender that the order was cancelled and we would not be using the key.
No refund to my credit card. Called customer service and was told a refund would be processed- is hasn't been. E-mailed company with no response to my e-mail. Would not recommend this company to anyone if you expect good customer service

On 1/29/16 I ordered Microsoft Outlook 2016. I never receieved any license key so I called the company to ask for an order cancellation and refund. They refused. The lady I spoke with said that they had already emailed me the license key which was a lie. When I pressed for a refund she hung up on me.
Further, I think that the good reviews on this site are bogus. There is no possible way that a company who refuses an order cancellation on the same day the order was placed, lies to you when saying they emailed a license key when they didn't and then hangs up on you when you continue to ask for a refund could have ever been considered legit. Also, they arent even licensed to sell Microsoft products.

Bought Microsoft Office. Wasn't immediate and thought I might have been scammed and I couldn't get into my email to retrieve the key # when I finally got the email. They immediately called and emailed a new email that I could open. Thank you Redbox!
Purchased outlook 2016 and received the products in minutes! This is the best website ever!
I bought some software from them back in January. Minutes after purchase, I corresponded with them and was told it could be hours or days because the item was "out of stock." Would have been nice to see that on the website because I needed it immediately and would not have purchased it had I known that. I told them to cancel my order and refund immediately. They told me I would receive confirmation "soon." Its March. Still nothing. No reponse to Email or Phone. Don't trust them!
On the contrary, we refund within 24 hours for products that are out of stock. What's your order number to prove your purchase?

I was hesitant to use purchase software inline before because I was afraid that i might be scammed.
