I ordered Outlook 2013 with this company and the order conformation showed v 2016 which I did not want. I cancelled by phone when I was told they had run out of product key for v 2013. I was told a refund would be forthcoming and the activation code would be cancelled. That was 3 months ago. Since them many emails have passed between us - usually at the company end it is a different person each time (nobody seems to want to own the problem). All the emails are giving reasons why they cannot honour their promise. So buy from this company at your own risk. I am now pursuing the refund via my credit card company I have since bought the version I wanted from elsewhere.

The cost of the product is about $20 cheaper than elsewhere... but still not so cheap that you would thing something odd about it. So I got a new Imac and I like the older version of Office. So I paid my $75... noted that it showed up in my American Express online account and waited for the download link and product key... hours later nothing. So I called the phone number and received a recorded message that they are closed on weekends. IT was before NOON on Friday! I WANTED THIS PRODUCT NOW OTHERWISE I WOULD GONE OUT AND BOUGHT A COPY IN A BOX. You get till Monday... then I call AX to backcharge for non-delivery.

About an hour after I wrote the above I received the download link and product code. Installed everything and tested and it appears to work ok. Also went through an automatic update. Strange process and I am a little uncomfortable but seems to be ligit. Raised the review from 2 stars to 4 stars.

I was looking for Office 2016 and stumbled on this website. At first I'm a bit hesitant but their price are really competitive. Called customer service and the lady who answered was very polite and answer all my inquiries. Bought my first copy today, received my Product in few minutes and installed it without hassle. Please order again for another 20 that I can use on my start up business. Thanks redbox software. Will recommend to my friends and relatives.

I ordered a license for Windows 7 Professional on a Friday morning. By Monday lunchtime I had not received the license via e-mail. So I called the 800 number. Somebody answered fairly quickly. (Surprise.) And, after I explained the situation, the person I talked to said a license would be sent to me. It was. I received it when still on the phone. (Another surprise.) Finally, when I installed the license, it validated as genuine. Based on so many negative reviews, I was expecting to have to fight for a refund. However, I got what I paid for, although I shouldn't have had to make the call. In short, I'm satisfied.

Needed this software to complete a job on time - and on budget. At the last minute - I had a problem with my laptop finishing the purchase - and the Tech at the Web Site actually got the order placed for me. The folks at RedBoxSoftware are truly trustworthy, loyal, helpful, friendly, courteous, kind, obedient, cheerful, thrifty, brave, clean and rev... rev... um... well, religion didn't come up - but the folks at RedBoxSoftware sure seem connected with the Big One at the top in the way they assist you through Computer Issues, and, deliver the software at unbeatable prices. I highly recommend them for all your Software needs - and - for those of us who need tech assistance just when trying to order something off a computer!

I purchased Microsoft Office 2011 for Mac. Price was great... but the product key info would not work. Neither did the phone method. They sent me another product key, which also would not work.
The customer service people were impossible to reach on the phone. Also, they did not return calls as the message said after being on hold for ten minutes. They were also rather impatient on the phone.
Really bad experience overall.
Hopefully my refund will show up in 2-3 days as promised.
