This is probably one of the best bed covers on the market. Super durable with good security while rolling up out of the way. It delivered super quick and installation took me about 1 1/2 hours. I'm ultimately super stoked about it. My cover did arrive with two parts missing, but customer service was quick to take my late call and I believe the parts are on their way.
One gripe about the design is that the flat brackets that the cover sits on nearest to the cab are not symmetrical. So on one side when I tighten the front star nut, the nut goes into the spring and I couldn't tighten it down all the way. Whereas on the other side the front nut tightens further from the spring, leaving plenty of space to tighten. Or maybe mine had been pre-assembled incorrectly from the warehouse?
I did also have the issue that after it was done, my tailgate hit the rail system and wouldn't close. So I had to loosen all of the bolts and hold it up an 1/8" or so and tighten it back down. So a mention of checking for that would have been nice. But not something I couldn't mess with to figure out.
There were a few things that I wished I had thought about during install:
One being that you don't need to remove the cargo rail at the back of the bed. Two being to check the pre-installed rubber seals that I realized after I finished had been installed off center and were overlapped, causing a void.
But otherwise really straightforward and fun to put together. I love it.
Hi I received my rack and the plastic cap on top was broken so I called up and everything has to be done by email I was having trouble with my email couldn't receive emails so I'm still waiting for a response I need the plastic caps on top if anyone reads this please reach out to me I would appreciate it
I haven't recieved what I ordered, but as to Danels help He was a great big help. If it weren't for him, I probably would have given up. I'm not a person comfortable with do things on line etc. I would rather deal with a real person.

Looking to replace my roof rack. Had trouble finding a OEM product and getting it shipped in time, before I headed out of town. Sales found one that was higher rated weight wise. He said I would receive it before my trip. If I receive it in the next day or two, I will be happy.

Packaging was good but one plastic buckle was broken in transit. Contact with customer service was excellent and replacement parts are on the way and should be easily installed.
Ordered a bumper for my Jeep JL, the website showed pictures of the bumper that I wanted but the pictures were of a different more expensive bumper. When I contacted them about this they did not offer me any discount for their mistake and I had to reorder at full price.

Sales representative was great. Product was offered as a RapidShip item to be shipped out same day. It did not ship same day. After calling in I spoke to the shipping department who had a horrible attitude and was rude. There was nothing they could do to expedite it or correct the issue, except let the product get here when it gets here. This is false advertising and was incredibly inconvenient to my schedule to accommodate delivery and installation. Even after calling in, the website still falsely has it listed as a RapidShip item which is misleading to consumers. I am extremely disappointed with the inconvenience this has caused.

2nd time ordering and 2nd time canceling, they never ship in the time frame they advertise. If you need your parts in a hurry or set time frame, I advise shopping somewhere else. I paid a little more for the parts from somewhere else but received them in 2 days. Real truck hasn't even canceled my order or credited my card back yet like I asked. Terrible company and terrible customer service.
