I ordered floor mats for my 2022 GMC Sierra crew cab pickup truck and when I received them the rear mat was not going to fit! I contacted customer service and they figured that I had ordered the wrong one for the rear mat and explained the two difference between the two options that are available for my truck!
They arranged for a return for the wrong one and had the correct mat shipped to me in a short time period! They fit perfect and I want to thank Ashley S., Amber C.and Jacquelyn Woodham for helping me get the right floor mats! Very professional and excellent service reps!
Quick delivery and good fit. Only issue rear mat curdled away from back seat but should settle flatter with warmer temperature.

Had three calls to Real Truck after odering and receiving the Bug Shield. First girl sent email with the link to install. This link was for installing tape style instal lation, how ever mine was a bolt in install. Called back to the second girl after explaining I have bolt on bug shield she explained that the hood had space for me to put nuts in to screw the screws too well that was not the case either, she then advised me to return the bug ahield as it would not work. I then called in a third time and was informed that they had install for the bug shield. She emailed me the instructions and a set of hardware to install the bug shield. Problem is I got three different sceniors on install before got the correct information on the install. I got the 2024 Honda EXL AVS bug shield could not believe the cost vs what the flimsy bug shield is. Installed it and noticed the bottom of the bug shield does not contour the nose of the car as the crease in the bug shield is off thus causing the bug shield not to properly contour the nose it is covering on the car. Did not see this until after installation.
