Returns are a nightmare and extremely slow. Had to pay for return of an item myself because they did not send enough labels. Refused to reimburse the return shipping despite their stating that returns are free.
I ordered a set of headers that were IN STOCK! A week before Thanksgiving 2020 and as of December 16 2020. Still haven't received them I left emails and voicemails Because they won't answer phone. Now got a email stating it will be shipped out between January 19-21 2021 WTF! Already took money from card and will not refund money! They aren't reliable. Should've never sold parts they didn't have in stock and took money out if you have not shipped them. So I guess if I don't get them or hear something by the end of January I was file a lawsuit against them. I've spent over $81,000 in 2020 on parts online and this is the last time I try a different company! Be aware.

It has been 3 weeks since I received a damaged tonneau cover from RealTruck. I still have the damaged tonneau cover. I have called and e-mailed RealTruck several times, sent pictures of the damage, requested a return ticket. I've been told that a person named "Isaac" has my ticket and would contact me within twenty minutes, however, he never did call me back. I don't believe "Isaac" exists because he won't answer his e-mails, phone calls or return calls. This has been an exhausting situation. Each time I call or e-mail RealTruck I get another ticket number. Now I'm told that every time they issue a new ticket it goes to the bottom of the ticket process. I took it upon myself to contact the manufacturer of the Extang Trifecta tonneau cover. They have been very helpful from the beginning. I'm waiting on a return ticket from Extang so I can send back the damaged tonneau cover and was advised they will send a replacement. It's nice doing business with a legitimate company that cares about their reputation and customer service. While RealTruck has "0" customer service who always seems to be "out to lunch" when I call. As I stated in my original post 3 weeks ago, "Do not buy from RealTruck company.
Worst Customer Service ever! Cancelled order they shipped anyways. I refused delivery from freight company. 8 days after cancelling I get email saying I'm unable to cancel or return. Even though I have another email stating return ticket has been made. Been waiting 3 hours for a call back from Customer Service Specialist. They won't refund my money. Pay more buy elsewhere!
Waiting for an item that they said was in stock. After waiting for it to ship for a week, I called and was told it was on backorder. Looked up reviews and decided I wanted nothing to do with these guys. Called to cancel it three times, then I get an email telling me it's gonna ship in a week, after I already told them I didn't want it, then called a fourth person who told me the other three people never canceled it and that "she" canceled it for real this time and will get a refund. I'm scared and angry. I just want my $1700 back, I worked too hard for that money.

When a cancellation ticket is put in, it is not automatically canceled, we need to reach out to the manufacturer to confirm the order has been canceled before we issue a refund in case for some reason the item shipped out without our knowledge. Usually this is done within 24-48 business hours, however this is not always the case such as in this instance. I do apologize that your order was not canceled within a more timely manner and that you had to make several attempt to do so. I also feel terrible that you are scared, this is not any way we want you to feel, especially after spending a lot of your hard earned money. This is unacceptable no matter the reason for it. On September 6,2020 I ordered a Ranchhand Legend Series bumper from Realtruck. As of October 26,2020 I had not received my bumper nor had I been contacted by Realtruck. I called customer service and asked that someone check the status of my order. I was told my bumper would ship November 11,2020. I would receive a tracking number once it had shipped.
Nov 11,2020 came and there was no tracking number. I called to check the status of my bumper and was told it wont ship for another 3 weeks, which would put my ship date into December.
The lack of communication and follow-up is terrible. I would not recommend Realtruck.

It took them three months to send my order only once I called them to cancel my order for the fourth time all of a sudden it was on the loading talk coming and it was build to the truck. If you do order from them cut all packaging off make sure there's no scratches or scrapes or nothing wrong with it and it's the write product before you sign because once you sign it's your issue.
I ordered some adjustable struts and was missing a key piece to be able to install them. Called them and explained I needed this part to get my truck out of the shop and they told no problem they would hurry and resolve this. It's been a month and haven't heard back from them. I found the part on my own and told them that they should reimburse me something for there horrible service and he agreed. They told me I would hear. Back from a agent in 2 days. It's been 3 weeks now waiting. Never order from them again

I ordered towing mirrors for my truck, turns out i forgot to get the ones with the turning signal on the side, so i set up a exchange, and they still haven't gotten back to me in two weeks.
Terrible place to order stuff from, this will be the last time im ordering from them.

I didn't get any packing material JUSt THE BOX
I ordered Westin wheel to wheel nerf steps for my 2018 Ford Super Crew Cab with 6 1/2 bed. Although assured the parts would fit my truck since Realtrucks site selected the part, the part did not fit my truck, which appears to have come out of the Canadian market. Working with Westin and sending them several pictures showing how the isolater brackert would not fit on my truck, they concurred the part did not fit, based on the alignment of the holes on the rocker panel to mount the isolater bracket. They asked I contact the seller which I did the next day. Real trucks eventually said they would accept the part back with a 20% retocking fee. Almost $100. I have contacted the BBB and as of yesterday real trucks has gone totally silent. I guess they figure just keep ignoring the customer will go away. The nerf steps are still sitting on a pallet in my garage.
All I can say is if yiu deal with this business be prepared for battle. Real Truck is a complete headache to deal with, they tie up your money for no reason. I ordered some steps for my truck on Sunday night at 10:0" pm and changed my mi d soon thereafter I called immediately on Monday morning to cancel the order but was told the order had already shipped. Yet, when I inquired about refund RealTruck told me that these steps came from manufacturer. Just not logical. It too me 21/2 weeks to get a refund even though I has ordered the steps I really wanted from them. To top it off, when my new steps arrived one side was dented. I don't have it in me to fight with these jerks so I'll just eat it. Real Trucks is just problematic to say the least
Ordered a Dash mat and they show a picture of really fine material, Carthartt. It was light weight soft foam. I just paid $60 dollars for a fake tiny trade mark,
Do not buy from this company. Ordered a bull bar from them, cost 439.00. I ordered the part the sales rep said would fit my make and model. The part arrived but it was the wrong part number and would not even come close to fitting my car. Called real truck, tried to return and exchange part for the correct one.
Never got a real person. However got an e-mail from my assigned rep, Jessica H. Ext 1451, saying they had to get permission from the Chinese manufacturer to return the incorrect part THEY SENT BY MISTAKE. Two weeks down the road and they will not return my calls. I have spent more time trying to chase this down than the 439.00 is worth. BUYER BEWARE, you have been warned. Next stop the better business bureau and to raise some hell on the internet.
Aaron Breitenbecker at ext 1542 is the Real Truck Sales Consultant in Ocala, FL who I reached when I called *******446. I know this name, because he wrote me an email on June 18th, 2020 to confirm to me Real Truck's commitment to its Price Guarantee asking me to provide via email any legitimate competitor's published offer. When I sent him LOWES' online offer to sell a DK2 MMT5X7 trailer for $978 which is also offered by RealTruck for $1,324.99, he argued that LOWES wouldn't deliver. Wrong, because the manufacturer dropships to the buyer's home, so no difference. So he hung up on me and never answered the phone again. So not only did I buy the same $1,324.99 trailer instead for $978 at LOWES, but I also received my LOWES 5% Discount for using my LOWES card. Total price at LOWES $930.05 DELIVERED (plus tax)!
I ordered an Eibach pro lift kit from them for a Toyota Tacoma. Everywhere else I looked couldn't get the kit, It was sold out everywhere and if they could get it, it was going to take anywhere between 30-60 days for delivery. I called up to see when it would be here and the gentleman that I spoke with went way out of his way to double check availability of the parts and to confirm when it would be delivered. He even checked availability of parts im considering purchasing but wasn't ready to. All this on what im sure is a busy Monday morning. Very happy with RealTruck.com.
