Ordered a set of running boards on June 18. After being told they'd ship between June 28 and July 5 I decided to cancel my order within an hour of placing it and was told the product had already shipped!

The online customer service experience was great. The person online manning the help area Victor was very knowledgeable and helpful with my wheel buying experience. I went in not quite sure what I needed when doing in my own the product I was interested in stated out of stock. He helped me with a few ideas and it turns out the way I plugged info in on interested product was wrong as he found it was in stock. He helped me for quite some time as I was at work and had to leave session for periods of time and when I returned he was right there to continue to assist. He helped all the way to the final purchase and then some. Great experience and I hope the product also meets my needs as well.
