The person on chat was very helpful and told me that the product was supposed to fit my truck, and if it did not fit and had to be sent back, since I was ordering through chat it would be picked up for for free. Found out that another part I wanted was on backorder.

Purchased a certain tonneau cover because an agent assured me it would work. Called the manufacturer the next day and they conveyed it would not work.
The biggest issue is that I cancelled it right away and it still showed up in my door. Also, took over a week to get my credit back.
