So I ordered some running boards for my truck. Realtruck sent the brackets for the running boards and never sent the running boards. So after getting the brackets I waited a few days and then contacted them. They told me that they had canceled my order. I was surprised because they had sent out half the order and never informed me that they canceled the rest. The person I spoke to said they were going to refund my order though. After 2 1/2 weeks went by I finally received some... but not all of my money back. When I contacted them they tried to explain why I was responsible for cost of the mistake they made by sending me half of what I ordered and then canceling the order. It seemed silly to me but maybe you will understand their logic. They said there was 2 different part numbers but in my proof of purchase there is only one that I can see. Anyway, after all the arguing and time wasted they finally said someone will be in touch with me in 2-3 days. I will update in 2-3 days.

This is really bad business and has been an all encompassing very bad experience. Its caused me much more stress then shopping should. I would highly recommend using a different company to anyone that is interested in doing business with Realtruck.
Hello Bruce, we apologize for any confusion with this case. The item ordered, is a two-part item. The brackets shipped before the entire order could be cancelled due to the backorder on the boards. With that said, there still should have been a return initiated for the brackets so you are able to receive a full refund. You have been refunded for the boards and a refund has been submitted for the return of the brackets.
Received wrong item so I just reordered. Been waiting for a week for a return label. CS has been no help. Won't buy from them again.

MX4 for my 2016 Tacoma was easy decision once I was talking to Alex!
I purchased a Gator SFX years ago from Real Truck.
I liked the fold up design of the Gator but wanted more security.
MX4 can fold up or give me full access to my bed without taking it completely off.

Arrived 5 to 7 days before stated ETA. Ramps are light weight easy to handle twice as wide as the 2 by 8 I was using and fit nicely in the pickup bed when folded.

Ordered the 3" Black Nerf Bars for my 2021 Dodge Ram Crew Cab. Took off work to get these installed only to realize it was missing hardware for the brackets. Ended up running to Lowe's to finish the installation.
It took several days to get replies to questions.

I ordered a set of running boards 3 years ago for my 2017 Rogue. Well one got damaged. I looked and didn't find my paper work for that purchase. So after half aday googling running boards I found the site I ordered from but didn't see the ones I had bought on their website. So I called customer service, spoke to a very nice representative and he research and found the ones I had ordered but showed they were discounted. But he continued to research and found they still had a limited amount in there inventory until it's depleted. So I was able to order my running boards, free shipping and they should be here 9/21/21.

Cover fits for the most part instructions are vague and took some lining up could probably be about 1/2" longer for my liking. Also included some weather stripping but nothing in the instructions that tell you what it's for or where to install it? Construction of the cover is really nice and good quality. I would recommend buying this to anyone.
