I was told next day shipping, days went by no tracking info so I finally used the chat option and now I'm told 20 days to process the order before it even ships.

I contacted Chat (Victor) to help me with a comparison between two tonneau covers. The differences were clearly explained and I was even offered a discounted price. I was also able to complete my order within the Chat. This was a excellent and effecient experience.

Ordered Amp power running boards for my 2021 Ford Ranger was told it would be 8 plus weeks before I would receive them. Told them I knew that I seen on amp`s web sight up to 20 weeks. REAL TRUCK WAS GIVING ME A 10% Discount for ordering with them and waiting but then after 4 weeks I CHECKED MY ORDER STATUS AND SHOWED CANCLED. I called customer service at REAL TRUCK and they told me they were on a unknown Backorder. ( REAL TRUCK LIED TO ME)! Well I called AMP RESEARCH and it is not true they are running around 20 weeks out give or take a few weeks the same as when I ordered With REAL TRUCK!

FED EX has informed me that my shipment won't be delivered till maybe 9/28/21 should have been delivered 9/23/21 it was pushed back 3 times because ITS DAMAGED! So I may be returning it.

Ordered a truck bed cover July 25 2021 it shipped August 13 was delivered August 31. I have no idea where it was delivered to but it wasn't me. I've talked to customer service several times still don't have my 1,623 dollars back or a bed cover and it's September 24 now. Every time I talk to them they say they'll call back in an hour and they never call. Terrible company!
