My purchase experience with John Baker was good. I purchased an Undercover Ultra Flex Tonneau Cover on Monday 22nd November. He said that there were 4 in stock (in Ocala FL) and consequently with two day shipping, would be a Wednesday 24th delivery. I subsequently discovered after checking the Fedex tracking number that the cover was actually shipped from the factory in Missouri and won't arrive until Friday 26th. Needless to say that hopefully this was a genuine mistake on his part. Either way this has me pretty annoyed at the moment as I was all prepared to install it today.

I made an online order where I was concerned the product might not be in stock. Turned out to be true, and after an initial convo in the online chat box with a call center to start a ticket, I got an actual call back from RT. The rep had already sourced a replacement solution from the manufacturer that was nearly identical. Through emails and calls over 48 hours to process the cancel and rebook I talked with 4 different reps and the handoff between them was seamless and I had no effort except providing my CC number again since they truly do not save the card numbers. It is a sign of the times that the hurdle has been set so low for customer service that I am so positively shocked by actual customer support from an online vendor. Kudos to RT.
