My interaction with your company was good, but the FedEx shipping was a nightmare
It was with the shipping. Fedex is a nightmare to work with. Our truck bed cover was scheduled to arrive on Dec. 13th and did not get it until Dec. 16th. We would not have gotten the cover when we did, if I had not spent three days on the phone and computer trying to track the package down. No one could tell me anything about the where-abouts of the shipment. On the night of the 16th when the tracking said it was on the truck and I had not been delivered, I went to Athens, GA 40 mile away to the FedEx office to be told that the package was at another shipment facility another 40 away. I was finally given a phone number to the second location and was told if they could find it they would call me. I drove to the second facility and after some 30 minutes on the phone, I was informed that the package was found.
I will not do business with any company who uses FedEx for there shipping.

I originally purchased a truxedo x15 from realtruck. However I was not happy with it. I asked if I could return it and upgrade to a hard cover. They said no problem. Not just that I was able to return the cover I disliked I also got a great price on the one replacing it. Thanks, realtruck.

I will never buy again from these people. REFUND month later still waiting. First was week after they received return AND I notified them they said refund was started and could take up to 7 days. 7 days later they said refund was issued for AFFIRM which financed the purchase. AFFIRM does not show w up so I contact them and am told couldv take up tov10 days to show up. AT THE VERY SAME TIME had a refund from return VERY SAME DAY, refund given the day they v received merchandise and showed up on AFFIRM very same day within minutes

I wanted to order a new Bakflip tonneau cover for my new Ford. I had the MX4 cover on my previous truck and loved it! There was an issue with some of the rubber seals shrinking. They informed me that changes were made and the issue was resolved. The website said start a chat for an unadvertised discount. So I did! The service representative answered all my questions, took all my info, gave me over a one hundred dollar discount on the already discounted sale price and placed the order for me. He sent me an email to make the payment and I was all set! I highly recommend the Bakflip MX4 tonneau cover. It is very versatile, self locking, sleek, about 99% waterproof and well made. I researched several covers and settled on the MX4 because of all the features and excellent price!

I was on chat with your chat company representative and I asked that person to double check to make the rim was in stock and would ship. This person told that they checked and you had 2 in stock. It appears this person never checked and just said what was needed to be said to get me to move forward with the purchase.

While ordering from Real Truck, my best way to order was I told Kevin D what truck info I have and he told me which product would fit my truck and gave me a great price. I ordered 3 items, 2 of them are promised to be here tomorrow, the 3rd says it won't be here till January. That is unacceptable! I need them all tomorrow!
