I ordered a set of running boards a month ago. When I went to get them installed, the pre-drilled holes on my truck were rusted and he was unable to install them. The installer suggested I get frame mounted boards instead. I called Real Truck and they sent me a shipping label to return them. I then spoke to Chris Dove who was very helpful in finding me a set that would fit my truck which wasn't easy. They were immediately shipped same day. I am very happy with my purchase at Real Truck.

I found the product I wanted online and was ready to make a purchase. However, I wanted to split the payment between two cards so I called and they took care of it no problem. Customer service was top notch. Shipped quickly, too. When I got my tonneau cover, I was missing 2 machine screws. So I called and within the hour I had an email to confirming my request to the manufacturer. A few days later I got the missing parts. It was a bummer I had missing parts, fortunately not critical parts, but the company was on top of it. I have to say, it's becoming very rare to find good customer service these days. Glad I had a good experience.

When I called to order my running boards, i was told that that the product that i ordered was in stock and would ship the next day. The next morning i received an email telling me that my order had shipped, which made me very happy,. On that same night i received another email with a shipping update saying that part of my order, the mounting brackets would ship at a later date and arrive about 1/19 to 1/24. I had already scheduled my truck in for some body work and they were going to install my new running boards. They finished the body work, and i had to reschedule the truck in for a return visit once the brackets arrived. If I had known they would have been such a delay i probably would not have ordered that product

I had some concerns before purchasing an Extang Tonneau. I could not get any answers or interest in answering my questions at "in store" vendors. Brian answered my questions. Gave me an educated expert opinion, and offered full refund if it doesn't work. I can't ask for more than that. I will buy from you guys in the future.

I received my bed cover and when I tried to install there was no passenger side bed rail. I called real truck and the lady who put me in contact with customer support was extremely helpful as was Dave with customer support. I have received order confirmation on the rail 01//18/22. Thanks for taking care of my problem in a very timely manner..

I purchased the Tonneau Pro tri fold cover for my F250. I originally looked at a different brand but it was weeks out. I called in and the staff helped find an alternative that was available immediately. It was here within 3 days and looks and works great. I also saved a lot of money compared to my local truck accessories stores. I will definitely shop them again.

It's been over a month since my purchase. I still have not received any shipped or tracking # email. I mean, is this made and coming from China? Funny thing is, I've ordered stuff from China and it's been shipped and delivered a lot sooner than what it's taking Real truck to ship and deliver. I thought this was a US company and American made. It should have been delivered a lot sooner then have me waiting over a month. Very disappointing and dissatisfied with their shipping and delivery time.

I ordered some floor mats for my truck back in December. Product I received was not what I ordered. I have made several attempts to return them, but no response. They just send you what they want, not what you order. I just want a UPS label to return them, very simple. Steer away and order from a reputable company.
