I had ordered a soft top tonneau cover, actually two, my error. I requested to return the one I ordered from Real Truck. They provided me with a return label, so I packed it up sent it back via FedEx, and they not only refunded the purchase price, but paid for the return shipping, which I didn't expect. So the next week when I was looking for a set of running boards, I went right back to them.

I needed a new Tonneau cover for my new truck. The other supplier that I use showed delivery in 11 weeks! An awful long time to wait for me. I found the exact unit I wanted although at a higher price but with same day shipping. My new cover is due in 2 days.

I ordered a truck bed mat on 01/07 and was notified via email that I would receive the mat between 1/19-1/24 when I did not receive the product and checked the order on their web site it said "pending". I contacted customer service on 1/25 and was told it may take up to 3 days to get an answer because they are not shipping the product. I did hear from them on 1/26 and am now being told it will ship on 2/21. Come on folks I didn't order a truck just a mat and if you didn't have in stock at the time of the order I should have been notified. Not much I can do now they have my money, let's see if it actually does ship on 2/21.
