Ordering was great, RealTruck rep was very helpful placing my order, but a few hours later they cancelled my order due to RealTruck not being able to get Amp power steps since they are on back order.

Due to the circumstances over the past 18 months, inventory is very fluid and we do our best to provide accurate information but inventory can change at any moment, even during the ordering process. We see that the item was put on backorder and this was communicated to you, by email, on Jan 27th about the backorder and submitted the refund request the same day. Our current turnaround time is up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed through us.
Went on chat to see if the tonneau for my truck was in stock. It was not but they located one through a third party warehouse. I ordered it at 8:00am. It showed up at11:00 am the next day.
