They sent wrong size. It took about 5 minutes to order part, about 20 seconds for you to take my money, 21/2 days to get it here, but 5 days to send email return label. Come on! Do you guys have more returns than orders?

Placed an order using a representative, but the rep made a typo in the order. Funny thing is they have you pay for the order and then they send you the invoice. Upon receipt of invoice, I noticed the error, and called immediately to correct it. Inconceivably, they were unable to cancel the order made 15 minutes prior and the wrong item was shipped the next day by the manufacturer.
Clearly, the process needs to be improved to save wasted round trip freight on a large somewhat heavy item.

Overall pleasant experience while ordering mat and was given 10% discount when inquiring about price. In addition, I just received confirmation that the bed mat has been shipped in less than 24 hours of placing order. You don't find that type of service these days so hats off to solid customer service.
