I ORDERED A GRILL GUARD FOR MY 2021 NISSAN TITAN. THE FILL PLATES DO NOT FIT SO THEY TELL ME I SHOULD TRIM THE PLATES OR TRIM THE ORGINAL COVER THAT WAS THERE. I originally spoke with* that called the manufacturer so i would have it at my body shop next week. I called back to order and * was out so * took my order and i explained everything to him. He took my order and didn't do anything he was suppose to. Its a week later and the order hasn't even been filled because of * not doing his job.
