At first I was very happy with the customer service I had received with the online chat. The rep helped make sure I was getting the right cover and checked on a military discount. Place the order and paid for over night shipping because I was going camping and it was supposed to rain. They ended up shipping it standard so it got to my house while I was already camping. (They did submit to have my shipping refunded.) I got home today unloaded from camping and started to install the cover. Something seemed off compared to the instructions and my cover was inserted into the header upside down. I had to pull it and the rubber but out and the feed them through the channels. Glad to have the cover just disappointed with the overall experience.

It was a pleasure dealing with someone who had knowledge of their products and helped me find the very hard-to-find bed cover for my truck. Due to the age and side toolboxes, it is a specialized cover I needed. I was unable to find the right cover until I contacted RealTruck personnel and they set it all up for me. I am now enjoying using my truck more then before.

I've always gone online chat with someone from Rat and they're always extremely helpful n providing options maybe steering me in a direction that's better than what I was looking at originally.
