Went to order a Retrax one XR, not only that they were very helpful and informative but they also gave me an awesome deal plus an extremely fast shipping! Was supposed to arrive within 2 days but Fedex got it delayed, still came blazingly fast on the third day! Package was in great shape, no damage and is now fully installed on my Tundra!
I bought a storage bin from Real Truck, but somehow checked a wrong box and got the wrong bin for my truck. I did a online chat with customer service, a great feature to have, explained the issue and they took care of it. They helped me with the return/exchange, not push back at all - they were excellent.
