I had some trouble getting the bolts threaded into my rocker panel. There was some corrosion in the anchored nuts on my 2017 Ram 1500 and I couldn't get the 8mm bolts to thread. I wondered if they possibly sent me the wrong bolts since I had an American made vehicle maybe I needed SAE bolts. I called the support line and the guy that I talked to assured me that they should be 8mm threads. I got an 8mm tap and ran it through the nuts in my rocker panels. After that the installation was a breeze.

Inventory on the website could use some work. I was notified that an item was back in stock that I wanted to buy. Website showed it was still out of stock. So I contacted customer service in which I was told it was out of stock by the customer representative.So I signed up for notification when it came back in to stock again and immediately got an email that said it was in stock and i had to contact the representative again whoThen was like oh yeah it is on stock sorry about that. You almost lost a large sale. Other there that very happy.
