Received our order damaged. Contacted real trucks and within 24 business hrs (Friday till Monday) had a replacement ordered and shipping documents to return the damaged one. Great to deal with. No hassle at all. Customer service at its best.

Order some running boards from Real truck, opened the package to see the parts was missing. Called support and found out that I have to contact the OEM and file claims. This should be handled by the seller. Second issue was a previous order that said in stock and when purchased the order is never showed up and called to find out it was back order. They told me they did not stock the item (then why show it in stock on your web page) dont trust what you see on there web page. Customer support lacks support, my issue was not resolved and I had to take matters on my own. As you can see in pick below when opening the box there was many parts missing.

I had order a product, verbally speaking to sales associate, ordered product, charged my card, delivery in a week. 2 weeks, no delivery, got 10% discount. 4 weeks going by, no delivery. Now get email, delivery estimated to be another month. And you have my money. BS. You can't deliver.
