I originally was going to purchase from another vendor and thought I'd see if RealTruck would price match their price...they did, and I found out more information from just an online chat than I did with a phone call to the other place. RealTruck came through and I installed the tonneau cover yesterday. It looks great and was at a price I could deal with. Thank you RealTruck and Austin in your chat area of the company. After reviewing running boards for a couple weeks back in November, I finally chose Ionic 41 boards for both price and what appeared to be quality. When I decided to order I found out they were out of stock. I have repeatedly checked weekly hoping to purchase but still not in stock. Finally decided on the Steelcraft Boards but now costing me about $70 more. Not all your issue but made for a frustrating experience.
The sales representative Alex was able to answer the questions I had right away. He was able to find what I wanted and got it ordered for me, and assured me it would fit my 2023 Canyon. Everything was very quick and efficient I would recommend.

I watched my email the entire next day and never did see a shipping notification until later that evening (24hrs after purchase) when I received an ORDER CANCELLATION notice because the item was out of stock. I then had to wait three business days for the funds to get back to my bank account so that I could purchase the item through another retailer.

I'm have been working with Danial Diaz. I bought a new 2023 GMC Canyon AT4. With new body style and late starting production many items didn't show compatible. He did research contacted manufactures and got my questions answered. We have traded many emails and the help is great.

I was completely satisfied with the one on the phone who helped me.The disappointment was you advertise the back rack for 298.Then when he gave me the total it was 150 dollers more for the installation kit.I would rather see the complete price first.I was happy with product and delivery.

Contacted about Military Discount which they have, ordered/purchased it arrived in 2 days and was simple to install. I have two flecks in one of the panels missing paint that I need to contact backflip about and had a lot of metal shavings were all over the panels. Best to vacuum off before you install on you truck. Also had a rubber bumper that I had to glue back on forward panel.
The rest of the order is good will need a seat cover for the rear seat in lou of a refund
