Site glitches all the time even a real estate professional told me not to bother searching on here. Other sites may not be as accurate apparantly but at least you get to see homes for sale.

Realtor.com has a very deceptive sales practice; worst than car salesman. They offered me 40 leads (non -exclusive, shared) for $109 per month. I thought that was pretty inexpensive, 40 leads per month for $109 per month. BUT NO, it's 40 leads per year for $109 per month. On top of that, their leads are garbage. Call them many times but never got an answer.

W e hired Maribel Sotuyo with the Mark Dimas Team because they were referred by Dave Ramsey. We could not be happier with our whole experience. Maribel is very good at negotiating and keeping you in the loop daily as your home search and purchase proceeds. She even helps AFTER the sale closes if you need information of any kind. She made our house purchase an enjoyable experience instead of stressful. You will be in great hands if you hire Maribel Sotuyo and the Mark Dimas Team.

Can't believe what Realtor.com has done. No longer do you get all the information on listings that you once did. Now you get a picture, a price and a contact agent "button". I will no longer use them. I bought my last home through research on this Website. I used to decide if the neighborhood, the house and the price, the tax info, the school info, etc., to decide if the house is something I would be interested in seeing. Without that information Realtor.com is useless for my purposes. Won't bother to use them again. Waste of time.

After reading other reviews I feel like my experience is exactly the same.
I have called support to essentially just patch me from department to department for the past 3 days. I have left multiple messages and made attempts to get a hold of a sales rep regarding the misrepresentation on the quality of leads that I had purchased.

I was sold into signing a pre-authorization form to be able to get ******* leads once they became available. No one explained that there were different quality lead types ("shared with other realtors" and exclusive). I was miss guided and was under the understanding from the sales rep that they were exclusive leads.

I have had an upset lead because he was confused why multiple realtors were contacting him. This led me to the discovery that I was sharing the leads that I purchased. The moment I discovered this I called support and no one has been able to help me with this for the past 3 day's nor will they call me back.

The lack of customer service is unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. My time is valuable. I have lost many hours trying to get answers only to continue to be put on hold to be transferred to another answering machine.

I have put a block on my bank account due to misrepresentation, as this will not be tolerated any longer. I will not quit until it gets resolved. I will continue to go up the chain of command and spread the word on the internet. I have the executives phone numbers and I wont stop...

Reported an issue to customer support on March 31,2017. Took them four days to acknowledge receipt. Apparently my issue is a programming issue not only affecting me, but also many other brokers/agents. Was told that they are working to resolve the issue; however, they do not have a time frame for resolution. Very lax attitude to say the least. NAR should never have sold the operating rights to Move!

As a Agent, There was a time they were personal with your subscription, but now they are so big they do not monitor what come through on leads. I was just another zip code! I have had vulgar language leads. So
I canceled. They said no I was contracted for a year. I called my credit card company and said do not accept any more billing from them and they were happy to assist. I never signed any contract with them.

I contacted what I thought was the agent of a listing and realtor.com gave my info to a different buyers' agent. I foolishly thought this was how I was supposed to contact the listing and asked the person to contact the listing agent. When he got back to me, and I told him I would not be using him as an agent (some random guy who was assigned me from realtor.com without my permission!)- He hung up on me! At least I know for certain Tim Whetsel will never be an agent for me or anyone I know. He could have kindly let me know he was trying to get me to use his services as a buyer's agent and would only be able to help me if I hired him. He could have offered to tell me how to contact the listing directly if I didn't need his services- that would at least have gotten him a good review or lack of a bad one! Shame on realtor.com for tricking me and Mr. Whetsel for terrible customer service!

Lucinda has helped us buy and sell multiple houses. As a listing agent, she truly markets your house, providing concierge service at every step -- thorough analysis of the market and comps, updating suggestions that really make a difference, and staging advice - the complete package. The last two houses that Lucinda listed for us each had multiple offers on the day listed and were under contract in 3 days, both at prices that far exceeded our expectations. Since using Lucinda the first time, weve never considered another realtor. Sherry Lambert and David Nichols

NO STARS! I wish I could give 100 negative stars! I signed up with Realtor.com 6 months ago on the advice of my then Broker. I was guaranteed 1 lead per week, it has been 6 months and I barely have received 8 crappy leads. Most of the leads I received were already working with a realtor, or they were irate for me reaching out to them because they were not looking for a realtor, "they were just curious". I been trying to cancel my account for the past week and they have been giving me the run-around saying that a different department handles that and NO ONE is available to take care of that. I am so frustrated and disgusted with REALTOR.COM

As a realtor, I unfortunately trusted the sales calll I received about qualified leads and guarantees of lead generation by signing up with realtor.com. Within 24 hours I knew I was "taken" and it was a scam. Now the problem was how to cancel a bogus service? They no longer answered calls or had any customer service to field complaints. If you are a realtor DO NOT sign on with them. They makes promises but do not deliver. Worst company I have ever ever dealt with

We just bought our first home and Jean Marie couldn't have been more helpful. She met us every time we needed to do something or every time the OTHER party had to do something, she was physically there. I believe Jean Marie went over and above with this particular purchase as the other party wasn't nearly as accommodating or patient. She helped us navigate through all the 'stuff'. Not only did she help us find the perfect home, she helped walk us step by step through the entire buying process. Jean Marie made it very clear I could ask her as many questions as I needed without hesitation, which made me feel much more at ease with the experience. I have already and will continue to recommend Jean Marie Stalzer to anyone interested in buying a home. I hope she knows how much my husband I sincerely appreciate your help.

If you are an agent, New or Seasoned, do not waste your money. I have been with the since December 2017 paying $600 a month. I have been I in the business for over 15 years and always looking for new ways to get leads... this is NOT it. The leads are horrible! You are not advertised on the website. Zillow is not great either but at least they advertise you are a premiere agent from time to time. I tried to cancel my contract and said that I would still be responsible for the entire year. In my experience that is proof in itself they are hurting; otherwise, why would you be desperate to not allow someone out of their contract with a penalty or something. I do not usually leave reviews because sometimes they can be unfair, but if you are new to the business looking for leads DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

My situation is the same as a lot of you have written about the misleading promises and poor advertising with realtor.com. I was desperate to get clients, so I signed up for 2 zip codes. The sales person told me I would not be disappointed because all their leads were verified (phone# & email), and had quality, and so on and so forward...
Little did I know they are a "BIG SCAM ARTISTS" using NAR name to advertise. And us realtors that work so hard just to pay high fees to be a licensed agent and maintain a good relationship with our association have no protection whatsoever from people like them.
I would rate them "ZERO" if there was an option.

I've used realtor.com a lot for articles and teaching I've never used them paid search for leads. Then I received an email from realtor.com I assumed it was because I was looking on their site so often and updating my profile, to get a couple of zip codes that I wanted near my area. I signed up for two zip codes and was told by the account executive that I could call her anytime for help with my profile and setting up searches. The next thing I know my card is being charged and a contract is being emailed that is for one year when I never agreed to do anything for one year. When I asked them to cancel it they said I was past my three-day window at 10 days after receiving the paperwork in my email. I have repeatedly asked them to cancel the contract and not charge my card for a second month. I also tested the site to see if I was an agent that came up on realtor.com in the zip codes that I was paying for. I did not come up on the site after searching three different times. When I ask the representative about that they said I must have misunderstood how it worked and that I was not being advertised on realtor.com. What the heck did I sign up for then I thought it was for realtor.com and now I see it's something from five Street I have no idea who five street is or what their scam is all about I just want out! Help has anyone ever had this problem and how did you get out of it?

30 minute waits to talk to someone does no good. Our MLS Listing is still not on the right realtor.com website after two weeks of emails and obviously talking to someone who cannot deliver what they promise.
So what about the promise of updating every 15 minutes. We used to believe it. Not anymore.

Changes in Realtor.com
February 24, 2017

Can't believe what Realtor.com has done. No longer do you get all the information on listings that you once did. Now you get a picture (not always), a price and a contact agent "button". I will no longer use them. I used the information they use to provide to decide if the neighborhood, the house and the price, the tax info, the school info, etc., to decide if the house is something I would be interested in seeing. Without that information Realtor.com is useless for my purposes. Won't bother to use them again.
I'll have to go back to traveling to the areas I"m thinking about possible relocation to, driving around checking out neighborhoods and talking to people who live there to see if that area will fulfill my needs. The information Realtor.com use to provide made the decision about where to move easier... but that is no longer the case. So... why would one bother to use them? Waste of time.
