Marie is a great realtor, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for help with their real estate needs! She helped me and my husband find the perfect rental property for our vacation in Groton Long Point, Connecticut, this summer. We actually started looking really late in the season for a rental house, but Marie managed to find us a great place and get everything in order for us to move in within a week! Her business contacts, and reputation in the community make her one of the best at what she does. If you are looking for a great realtor, you can't go wrong with Marie Tyler Wiley!
Wow, al the 5 star reviews are fakes. They are not real people who have used realtor.com. When I read them it is almost like they hired someone to say nice things about them. The person they hired has never bought a home and that is why they all sounds so generic with no specific details.
The issue: Realtor.com promises to deliver buyer leads, instead they deliver people looking to buy trailer homes or mobile homes and NOT home buyers. This is a bait and switch company that locks you into a 6 month contract based on lies and misleading information.
These credit card grabbers use our NAR dues to set up a fraud boiler room. Lies about leads, lies about $ - lies about everything - don't give these fraudsters anything...
I signed up with realtor.com in May. My charge was suppose to be 280.00 a month. They charged the first month correctly. After the first month they started charging my CC 350.00. I have been calling for several weeks and they just keep pushing me off. I now want to just cancel my leads and NO one will help me with that...
A joke of a company...
I've always used Realtor.com & it is great WITH the exception of attempting to getting pre-approved. First things first, you don't actually get any information on what you could be approved for. Secondly, within SECONDS of submitting my information, I was immediately spammed with 5 phone calls, 2 text messages, 3 voicemails, and 6 e-mails from different people wanting to talk about mortgages. The website claims that they take your information & safety seriously but they obviously do not. PLEASE DO NOT FALL INTO THIS TRAP AS I DID!
I went to a SAR class on Realtor.com I loved what I heard and signed up. I work in Citrus Heights and Fair Oaks, the leads were mobile homes in south sacramento. I called in and got my money back. The company called me and I thought why not try them they reimbursed me for the bad leads. So why not I told the guy I needed a few weeks as I was changing Real Estate companies. The 2 weeks went different I called in to get a totally different person I asked if the person that helped me would get credit. I was told yes. To find out that he did not get credit so I spent the first day on the phone making sure the person that convinced me would get the credit I should have pulled then. I told the person on the phone that I did not want my debt card ran so I would pay in advance, I paid $1299. 00. So find out I find that my card is on file and 170.00 has been charged twice without my approval
I have moved 4 times in the last 4 years and every time it was a smooth transition, thanks to Realtor.com! We have not purchased a home yet (we almost did, but it just was not the right time for us) so I can only review them for my experience with renting.
It was easy to find homes for rent for what we were looking for and it was great being able to put in what we were looking for (apartment, townhouse, etc) in the price range we could afford. I also loved that it was easy to filter anything we wanted to be included. For example, we had two dogs so we were able to filter "pets allowed", etc. It was very helpful.
Contacting agents was super easy, just fill out the information box and how you would like to be contacted and hit submit. The agents always got back to me in a timely manner. I would recommend this to anyone.
Realtor.com Beware they are the biggest scam out there for advertising for realtor's.
They call you up and try to get you to buy leads before you know it they send you an email and they have you hooked once they get your credit card they send you an email once that is done they sign you up for a year of leads whether you agree to it or not and it is a one way contract. What good is a verbal contract? According to Reator.com it is a binding contract stay as far away from this company that you can.
I do home searches everyday as an investor. Realtor.com gets it's updates from the MLS; as I understand it, so do other Websites. The problem with realtor.com is, it's drop down menus do not function well, you have to re-enter data when you change a location even though it might be the next town over. And, sometimes the drop downs do not work at all and you can't enter any price selections. The tax data does not necessarily match the tax information from the county's records. The map function is probably tied to googlemaps, however I looked at 10 houses today with difficulty, switching between Trulia and realtor.com because either selecting the price of the home wouldn't work, the actual information on the home would not open at all, or the map location was completely off by several streets. Very frustrating. If you are doing a one time search in one town, it's okay. I'd suggest using Trulia or Redfin which are not perfect, no site is, but they are more consistent and reliable in my opinion than realtor.com.
He Dinsmore Team was OUTSTANDING! They recently sold our home for over the asking price. We could not have been more pleased with their level of customer service.
Sean provided objective guidance on the asking price. This was backed up with reasonable comparable data for homes that had recently sold. This attention to detail provided a level of trust and confidence in his ability to represent the sale of our home.
He also was extremely resourceful in helping us make decisions on home improvements for our consideration such as new landscaping, painting, bathroom "refresh" and other potential projects. He gave us objective suggestions and provided recommendations on vendors who could perform the work. His suggestion to stage our home really made a difference in marketing of the property. His collateral materials of our home, pictures and marketing was top notch.
This was an emotional move for us because we had lived in the neighborhood for 20+ years. He was always VERY PATIENT and responsive to our numerous questions.
His follow-up was EXCEPTIONAL. We have sold other homes and did not get this level of service with our other agents. He guided the process every step of the way. We would hear from him early in the morning and late at night. We appreciated his responsiveness.
COULD NOT HAVE A BETTER AGENT REPRESENTING YOU!
I cannot tell you how many times I have requested appointments on homes for over $2,000. No one calls back or bothers to respond.
It's not very often that I meet a realtor like Stephanie Poynor. Finally an agent that answers her phone, returns calls, text's and emails! In this crazy business it's imperative to communicate quickly and Stephanie is on it! 100 stars to this agent!

I was planning a move from out of state and Brandon Taylor from Keller Williams went out of his way to find homes I would be interested in, call or email info to me about the homes, and show me as many as possible while I was in town. Definitely call Brandon and he will take good care of you. Best realtor ever!
As a buyer I have typically found the most accurate information on realtor.com. There is an issue with showing active versus under contract. I think that has more to do with agents not properly recording the contract. The longer it is active the more calls they get. Because MLS will still show it is active and I learn it is actually under contract. As an invester I use this website every day. However, what I am finding now is that the areas i sesrch in are not showing all the properties available. I have sent questions or concerns to realtor.com with no reply whatsoever. It is unfortunate. I use Zillow and Trulia as an alternative but I'm not 100% confident as to how current they are.
Loossers. This site is laim. Got no one to show you property. But calling to try to set you up with someone. What a $#*!ing joke. Go $#*! yourself
I Payed to get my own leads from Realtor.com. About $95.00 a month. I thought after 4 years of not using them I would just try it again. BIG MISTAKE I will tell everyone not to use them and if possible block them and Zillow from your area MLS Systems. All they are doing is stealing agents blind.
Realtor.com are thieves! I have used them before for lead generation and wasted a bunch of money on which I did not see return of investment at all. Not even breaking even! If you are trying to build your pipeline, do not use Realtor.com. They will take your money and give you horrible quality leads and play games by not fulfilling the number of leads they promise per slot! Bunch of lies and they never return the calls at all when they say they will call in 48 hours. Please stay away!
Valuation for a listed house = listed price, no matter how inflated that is or isn't. Valuation for non-listed similar house next door = 50% of current market value. Basically just depreciated from the date it last sold 9 years ago in a HOT market, yet the agent listed one is valued at over market. Zillow may miss the mark sometimes, but at least it is not as messed up as this site.
How many times do I need to enter my criteria? The links at the bottom of the page don't even work. You click on a photo to make it larger and it jumps to somewhere else in the photos. I'll take my chances on Zillow.
Dawn Nowak from Howard Hanna was our realtor. She was amazing to work with. Dawn is on the ball every moment. When you want to see a home she gets you in within 48 hours of every request. She is so ambitious and driven she doesnt skip a beat. If you want to find Your dream home then you want someone as dedicated to finding your home as you are and that's Dawn! She listens to everything you want in a home. Each house you go to see meets the exact criteria for what you are looking for. It was such a pleasure working with her and we would highly recommend her to everyone. Within 5 weeks from the day we first started viewing homes we found our house and closed on it. My family could not be happier in our new home. Dawn made it happen for us and will make it happen for you.
Answer: Don't do it! Total scam. They don't allow you to cancel, and don't deliver what they promise. I've wasted $1500 and they want to stick me for another $4500! I signed up for an area with $800k average, but ALL of the leads are for $50 mobile homes. COMPLETE SCAM!
Answer: You can file a claim with the BBB. I am in the process of looking for an attorney. Small claims court is always an option.
Answer: Just be sure you are dealing with a realtor. Do not send any money to anybody at a moneygram account. Just make sure it is a realtor you are working with. Because there are scams out there that ask you to send money pretend to be owner etc. you can always ask for license number and go to trec website and check to see if number is real. Hope that helps.
Answer: I hope that if enough of us post about Realtor.com scamming, defrauding our industry we can stop them, scammed myself, never again, worst customer service I have ever encountered.
