They are not dependable, very expensive and now they charge 4.99 to call customer service, they totally suck. Their prices keep going up.
We have been a loyal customer of theirs through all their renames for about 30 years. The prices have steadily increased due to any excuse they can dream up in their heads. On the other hand their service has gone straight downhill. Deliveries are not followed via customer request & trying to get them to correct the misplaced delivery takes an act of Congress! Most customer service representatives are not helpful at all and back the incompetent delivery drivers like they can do no wrong. We are canceling our service ASAP and will buy the same products cheaper and without nearly the hassle from local grocery store chains. This is one sorry run company with quality service at the bottom of the barrel. They need to start looking at their reviews because they are terrible. I would be ashamed to be any employee of this company including CEO! (Photo represents not following clear delivery instructions on driver's file. I really wish I would've seen the reviews prior to agreeing with the service. I'm having the same issues as pretty much everyone else. They deliver once then you chase them down for a month plus for your next delivery. They may correct their mistakes after and then boom no water again. A waste of money guaranteed. The picture shows my waters piling up bc no one has delivered in a while. Then they like to reschedule you without notice and it could be a whole month away even if you enroll in biweekly
This company is the absolute worst
They are weeks late always with no excuse, no notice that they will be late. You can never get anyone on the phone and when you do they give you I'm sorry I can get that to you tomorrow and still shows up 4 days after that. And to top it off they charge you 9 dollars for cancelling an order they never delivered in the first place and set a new date.

Since they bought out Poland Spring, going down hill every day. Charges up, pay for delivery clause, pay for paper bill clause and now if you call in to cancel or change your order, you have to pay $5 unless you go on line. I am ready to quit these crooks.
Was charged for deliveries that were never made. Tried to discontinue services and that's even hard.
His is the most rip off company, they don't send you bill then they will charge you late charges, we had constriction in our buildings the post office will not deliver mail in constriction site i went to post office there was no bills from them. This company didn't send us bill for 2 months after that we get $40.00 late charges don't don't trust trust this scammers... also the 24 packs of water they charge you $6.00 stay a way from this company the water they send you has been set in sun for long time this is horrible company the funny things is they don't send you bill when i called they said we give you $5.00 coupon for next 6 to 8 weeks so they can rip me off again
I've been trying to cancel my recurring products for literally over a year now. They make it so that you can only 'skip' deliveries via their online portal - if you want to completely cancel your service you need to call them. Every time I call their answering service is unavailable (says it's "undergoing maintenance") so it's impossible to get a real person on the phone. I've also tried sending a message through their online portal and received an automated email back saying that someone will be reaching out to me by phone, but of course no one has. They also make it so you can't remove your payment info from their site - you need a card on file, so you can't just delete you info in order to stop the service. It's literally impossible to cancel my recurring service so I've been scammed into staying with this company for way longer than I intended. Seems like I'm going to have to go in every few months and 'skip' future deliveries for the rest of my life to avoid being charged for anything... AVOID using this company!
Ready Fresh is not delivering water on schedule or at all and charging for devilries never made. This company has some serious issues.
Charges $3.00 to send a paper bill when you have a zero balance due. Charges $4.99 to speak to a customer representative assistance representative. Charges in advance for bottles of water regardless of whether you need them all and delivery person will not deliver less when asked. We have had it with them and switching to another company.
They're at it again! 4 months after they acknowledged the account cancellation, a truck showed up to deliver even more unwanted bottles. The driver was told – in person – not to complete the delivery but he left them anyway, saying "I've already closed the order and can't take them back."
Predictably, a few days later comes their unsolicited invoice. It will be interesting to see if a real, live, intelligent human actually reads any of the new and old posts (6 months and counting) and/or the new letter to BlueTriton Brands, Inc in Stamford Conn to TRY AGAIN to get someone to understand that I AM NOT A CUSTOMER. (Perhaps this is the investor group that seems to have arrived at about the time the lousy service began in April 2021?)

AFTER READING ALL THE REST OF MY FELLOW CUSTOMERS POOR REVIEWS, THIS COMPANY MUST BE EXPOSED! THEY DON'T SEEM TO LISTEN TO US AT ALL! I'VE HAD IT WITH FOLKS WHO ARE UNTRUTHFUL. DON'T NEED THE HASSLE FOR WATER FOR GODSAKES!
No longer can get deliveries on time. Busy signal most of the time at customer service. 5 gal. Jugs soiled and oddly shaped. A new charge to speak to someone? Crazy billing. 3 bills a month instead of one. The only positive is the delivery man who has to apologize for this bad company.
We use Ready Refresh for our company and the delivery guys are the worst. They leave our water outside and do not bring it into the office and they always leave the empty 5 gallon jugs so we have about 13 stacked in our front office right now. I have complained at least 10 times to a manager and nothing is ever done. They continue to leave our stuff outside when they should be bringing it up to the office area.
Lousy service. I had to call to get my delivery posted, and they still didn't come on time. I finally told them to put in a unit under the sink to get my water fresh. The appointment was for 10 o'clock it's 2 o'clock they haven't shown up I had to call them to find out where the hell they are, only to have them say they're coming at some point today. Not happy with the service.
My deliveries get rescheduled constantly and now they are charging 4.95 for over phone service! Absolutely ridiculous!
Ready Refresh makes it very difficult to make basic changes to your account. For example, what happens if you move? You can't change your address without speaking with a live representative (which takes an incredibly long period of hold time to actually do). Why not make this accessible on line? I don't want to sit on hold for 25 mins while you try to sell me something else. Terrible customer service.
For starters, I wished I can give then 1/2 star. It's been over 2 weeks they still haven't picked up my empty bottles. Also I keep getting notifications my water delivered, when it's not due for another month. I've spoken to customer numerous times. Problem still not resolved. Ready refresh just changed their rules regarding a live customer service, they charged a fee of $4.99. Which ridiculous. If you need assistance you have to refer to their App, which isn't accurate or up to date. Meanwhile they no problem charging my card every month. I wished I could find another company.
Whenever you call now, they have a warning that they will charge you if you speak to a customer service agent. Besides for having terrible customer service, being extremely overpriced, and constantly raising their prices, they are also nasty with the "pay to speak to us" charge
I usually never write reviews but the customer service is horrible and very unprofessional. The lady who came up to my door to sell the service has lied about the costs. Costs keep increasing every few months without notice and my account is being charged miscellaneous fees. They charge you money to speak to an agent on the phone who are very rude and hang up the phone while you are speaking after they already put you on hold for an hour! Save yourself the hassle. 50 dollars to cancel cooler service.

Answer: Customer service is terrible. I told them I was cancelling my service and they said OK. They did not care why, they had ZERO interest in resolving a small problem, instead they transferred me right over to cancellation department which must be a busy place to work!
