The overall reputation of the company is significantly marred by persistent customer complaints regarding service reliability, delivery issues, and ineffective customer support. Many customers report missed or incomplete deliveries, billing errors, and difficulties in canceling services. While there are occasional mentions of satisfactory product quality, these are overshadowed by widespread dissatisfaction with the company's responsiveness and communication. The recurring themes highlight a lack of accountability and transparency, leading to a general sentiment of frustration and distrust among customers. This suggests a pressing need for the company to enhance its service protocols and customer engagement strategies.

Water delivery is not happaning. You don't know when they can supply you the water. Its all depends on their mood. I booked 15 days before but they are keep changing the delivery time and after all status showing delivered but still delivery is not done. They don't have any service no to call and ask.
I had no problem with this company at first, delivery on time and great products, then downhill from there. Prices just kept on going up and now that I am moving and no longer need service, I can't cancel service. You can only cancel service by phone, but every time you call and say you want cancel service to the automated system it tells you call volume is high and hangs up. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
Canceled my services after they raised delivery from $6.99 to $8.99 and 5 gallon bottles went from $13.99 to $14.99.
Paid my balance 15 days before it was due.
Spoke to a moron rep. To cancel and 2 days later received another invoice for $20.00.
I saw on this site where Ready Refresh charges if you speak to a moron, high school dropout rep.
No way will I pay them. If they push it, I'll file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission and the Attorney General's Office. Due to my living being in civil law. I'll drag these $#*!s through the legal system and cost them thousands in legal costs.
By the way, went to my local supermarket and saw a Deer Park branded kiosk. Five gallon Deer Park Spring water for $7.95/bottle. Initial deposit per bottle and none after that. If you stop, you get you deposit back. Kick Ready Refresh to the curb. They're price gouging!
I cancelled my Readyrefresh Account and haven't gotten deliveries since July yet they just charged me $30. After 3 hours I finally got through to customer service and was told this was the reconditioning fee for the water dispenser and is in the terms of service. There was no terms of service on the site with this condition when I signed up. Nestle makes it impossible to contact them, and they charge for customer service. I quit because the price of spring water went up to $3.00 per gallon and because I NEVER got responses to the emails sent to them through the contact us page on the website. Oh yeah, the other reason was Nestle is trying to take over people's right to clean drinking water. They are as greedy and evil as any other big corporation, maybe more so. Customer service rep said she could not stop the payment because I agreed to it. The rep when I cancelled assured me there would be NO FURTHER CHARGES to my account. Liars, price gougers, big corporation evil overlords, they need to be stopped.
Jacking up prices (bottles, dispensers, phone calls for live service, etc.) and unable to cancel/close account online. Have tried calling in multiple times and now I have to block them from using my stored payment. ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE!
I don't usually do reviews. I read so many bad reviews yet I decided to see for myself. Great ontime service! I got exactly what I ordered and where I wanted it. I received my texts when it would be delivered and another text when it was delivered.
This is my second review. After all my problems with them, the account was cancelled 9/3. Over 2 months later, I get 5 bottles delivered! The won't pick them up, only empties! There better not be any charges! Worst ever! Don't use them!
Ordered service from them in Austin TX for rental of cooler and water. They delivered water, no cooler, and then after calling them, and waiting on hold for 20-30 minutes, they put in order for the cooler (did not show original order). App showed scheduled delivery, and everyday, it updated with the following day. After 5-6 times, there was no delivery. They said they would deliver on the 18th, then app said 19th, then 20th. Cancelled everything and went with a local provider. Waiting on my refund. One of the worst service experiences I've had.
Just thought I would let you know that I am looking for a water delivery company. Reviews matter. Due to the amount of negative reviews of your company, I am not bothering to call. Ya'll should take a clue and try to step up your customer service. I had been told by a neighbor that there was a water delivery company that actually charged clients for calls. I didn't believe it but, from the reviews I see it is you guys! Wow - just Wow!
I wish everyone would read these terrible reviews before starting doing business with ReadyRefresh - they are the ABSOLUTE WORST. We had been a customer since 2017, over that past 4 years at least six times we scheduled a delivery and they just don't show - then it is on me, the customer, to call - wait on hold for 35-45min each time to speak to a 'customer service' associate who can never tell you why your order was not delivered, only tell you that they can reschedule it for 2 or 3 days later (what's the point of scheduling a delivery if it's not going to show up when you need it?).
This last time was the last straw, we placed a delivery order for this past Monday, 8/16/21 - it didn't show up - when I called, around 3pm, they said "the ticket is still showing open, it should be delivered" - so I have to wait until after 5pm to call back to let them know that it was officially not delivered - they tell me they'll reschedule for Wednesday (the earliest they can reschedule)... we get an email Wednesday morning saying our deliver is now coming Thursday... then Thursday morning we get an email that our delivery is now coming Friday... we kept calling 'Customer Service' (which is a joke), and they have no answers, no accountability... nothing... totally useless - we finally cancelled our account completely. Nothing they can do to bring us back - totally unreliable and ZERO accountability and ZERO communication from them regarding their mistakes and bad service.
We just signed up with Instacart, placed an order for some 5 gallon water bottles - it was delivered within 1 hour this morning (WITHIN ONE HOUR!). Same price as ReadyRefresh - do yourself a favor and sign up for Instacart if you don't want the headache of dealing with a joke of a company like readyrefresh.
The web site will only send to what they call a local partner in my area. The local partner (culligan) only seems to want information to sell an in home water system. What kind of scam is this?
I was paying $7.00 for a 5 gal water container in Jan 2020 and have had 2 price increases. During the pandemic and now 1 year and 8 months later I get a letter my price will increase again 2.00 so now I will.be paying 14.00 for 5 gal container that's up 50,% that's taking advantage of customers. And my dispenser cost is going up 2.00. I have the same. Dispenser for three years and when it was acting up they are suppose to replace it, they replace with used units but still. Chsrge you the same amount. I had to have my unit exchanged out 3 times, the first one didn't keep water cool, the second started to smoke(which they said was my error) rhey replaced with a third one that was scratched.up and dirty when I received it,, yes dirty during a pandemic... My delv. Guy is very nice and I will. Take care of him privately but for a company to suggest. To. Leave a tip for your delivery person on the bill is ludicrous with the prices they charge and unfortunately they are the only water company that delivers to my are... AGAIN they definitely take advantage of their customers
I've been a happy customer for 3 years and it has been going downhill very fast. Prices keep rising at crazy speed, $4.99 to talk to a real human as online enquirers don't get answers or they half answer and need to keep asking same questions again. Can not cancel auto-pay unless calling by phone to customer service and paying $4.99! I left them a Month ago and still waiting to see my bottle deposit $50 which I paid when opening account.
Already sent them 4 emails and still no answer! Would never recommend this company to anyone!
$#*!ing liar employees! I have dealt with your liar employee for the past week. They $#*!ing claim to come to my house, and never $#*!ing show up. I'm livid! Drug your piece of $#*! dispenser outside for pickup. I'm disabled, so that wasn't an easy task! I'm leaving that MF on my porch. If it gets stolen, it's your lying MF employees fault. Y'all must be losing a $#*! load of customers. Believe me, I'll be spreading the word around!
Very poor service & delivery. No service for over 6 months. Cannot call as they are not taking calls at this time so how are you to stop service and come get the dispenser. Would not recommend them for water service or do business with.

Eina was great and very helpful and informative. Located in Costco Altamonte spring, orlando Florida.
(Summer 2021) We've been ordering from this company since back when it was "Nestle", and customer service has been great! However, recently "ReadRefresh" took over, everything took a nosedive. We reached out to them four different times to schedule a delivery and each time, they never showed up. However, we still got charged for the delivery and had to go through customer service to reverse it! We sent three emails through their online portal and weeks went by without a response. You have to spend 20 - 30 minutes on hold before you get a live rep, and even then, all they can do is provide you with a "reschedule" date. Our small office goes through 13 five-gallon bottles a month, but they don't seem to care if they lose our account; which is fortunate since we have decided to go elsewhere.
I have had ReadyRefresh water and it's predessors delivered for over 20 years. They now charge if you call. I called often because the online site kept saying my login was wrong when they verified it online! In the last year the billing has been close to fraudulent. They told me they'd bill me at the end of the month so i wouldn't have an issue. Then they recently sent me a bill for $0. Who gets a bill like this? I thought it was because i had paid more the month before. I called to make sure. They assured me it was correct. Then the following month i got a double bill snd a $20 penalty fee! After much explaining and probably paying more, they took off the fee. Their billing is unlike any other corporation and I feel it is meant to confuse customers. The website doesn't always work, and it's difficult to navigate. They make it so difficult to talk to anyone to get an issue settled or clarified without charging these fees! In the meantime, the customer has spent many hours just trying to correct them!
I don't know if it's because it's Nestles or what, but i feel they make a lot in credit card billing.
The people on the phone are very nice and try to fix the problem but the system is not always in sync.
The delivery has been very good and it's convenient but one must be vigilant about the billing!
It's just so difficult to contact customer service representatives without paying a rather large fee!
I have closed my account because I am being billed for water that was never delivered to me. I send them an email and they still bill me. I have notified my bank and after much aggregation the charges are reversed. Sorry I ever signed up for auto pay. Let my incident be a warning to you. If they have you account number, they will bill you even though you cancel your account.
After the 1st week of doing business with this company I cancelled with Ready Refresh. They are bad.
Answer: I believe it's a lack of communication between them and the delivery guys. I had the same issue and cancelled my account. Watch out for your invoices too.
Answer: Beatriz S. Please tell us as an insider what kinds of policies ready refresh has and why customers are treated so poorly. You can help make the world a better place starting with getting these types of companies to change their awful practices and deceptions.
Answer: Customer service is terrible. I told them I was cancelling my service and they said OK. They did not care why, they had ZERO interest in resolving a small problem, instead they transferred me right over to cancellation department which must be a busy place to work!
Answer: Call them and ask to speak to a supervisor right away.
