Horrible just horrible they never come on time they take like a month at least just to give us four bottles of water four and my sister emailed them and said we need our water and stuff like that and they never gave us any and that was like a months ago (like in August) it's October now 10/9/21 do we waited forever and we finally got water it's only 4bottles of water that it when I say do not DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE EVER
Over the past several months, the lack of service by ReadyRefresh has steadily decreased. It is not possible to talk to a human being about the repeated failures by the company to deleiver an adequate number of five gallon bottles to supply us with safe drinking water on a monthly basis. There is no communication between the drivers and corporate office to deliver the correct number of bottles to replace the ones the driver picks up, so we go for half a month or more without fresh drinking water. Customer Seervice does not exist with this company. In order for the rating system to be accurate for ReadyRefresh a circle with a star in it and a line through the star needs to be added to the right side of the line of stars, meaning this company provides no service at all.
They started out fine. 1st problem, they would call me the morning they where coming to drop water. So I often had a a hard to giving them my used bottles. Now you might think I should know when they are coming but I usually didn't and if that was the case why are they calling me at 830am to tell me they are coming that day? Problem 2 - and really this is the big one. My credit card changed months ago and I have spent hours trying to give them the new card. Couldn't do it. Then I got a "your late and your service is stopping". I have been trying to pay them for months. They don't pick up and when get through on line it stops me to say they have sent my account to collections - I call the number for collections they don't have the account. So no one will let me pay and I am sitting with eight empty water jugs outside my house. Wtf am I suppose to do. Today I decided to wait the twenty five minutes to speak to someone. 20 minute in and the phone disconnected.
If iI ever get to pay them, I will pay them and then cancel my service… this way to time consuming… and I will tell anyone who asks - wort customer service ever…
I have the worst experience with them. They scheduled delivery on Friday, and they rescheduled it without asking for Monday. I was 4 days without water. On Monday I got message it is delivered but it's not, apparently they have idiots in the company who delivered water who know where. I tried to call customer service but it says "high volume of call" which means they don't have enough stuff because they are cheap. Find some other, better company!
I used to get charged about 37 dollars then they started charging 63 dollars and then they started skipping my deliveries but still charging me.
ReadyRefresh is essentially contemptuous of its customers. The website provides no options to give instructions for delivery. It is impossible for the customer to reschedule, even many days ahead, but the company itself simply fails to deliver when promised and casually notes that the delivery has been rescheduled. Overall, the service is atrociously run.
There unit has developed a leak, flooding our kitchen. NO phone number to call for immediate help. You have to complete an online service request. 5-7 days for a reply. What a joke.

I used Ready Refresh for over 20 years (including 2 company change overs). They have gone down hill in service, customer relations and quality. Their prices increase every quarter. If you attempt to call their arrogant customer service staff you are warned you will have to pay a $3.00 fee. They charge you a monthly fee if you don't have paperless billing.
Yesterday I received a letter stating they were increasing their delivery fee $2.75. My water was suppose to be delivered today. I did not receive my delivery. Today (09/27) I received a letter stating they will no longer deliver to my neighborhood. They back dated the letter to 9/18. It DOES NOT take 9 days to received a letter through USPO. No advance notice.
Their billing department is totally insufficient. They send you an email stating your invoice is ready. When you go online to pay your bill it is not posted. If you call to obtain the balance you are charged a fee. You need to check their web page daily to obtain your balance and pay your bill online. If you don't check their site daily when they finally post your balance and you miss it, you are charged a $20.00 late fee. There seems to be a 2-day window between posting and due date.
I strongly urge anyone contemplating contracting with Ready Refresh to RECONSIDER. At one time this was a reputable company... those days are long gone.
This company has the worst customer service. Sometimes products show up with no notice and it is extremely challenging to get a live person to speak with as I waited more than 45 minutes on hold. Then good luck trying to get anyone to close your account. They purposefully make it impossible, so they collect as much rent for the cooler as possible. Won't close account via email they just respond stating you have to call in and they hope you give up so they collect another month or two of cooler rental and they deliver more unwanted product.
This is getting ridiculous - it is not the first time that a delivery was re-scheduled AFTER a delivery was supposed to happen. I had scheduled a delivery for Friday, 9/24/21 which was rescheduled to the following day - Saturday, 9/25/21. So I trudged all 11 empties that I wanted to have picked up back into my garage. The next day, Saturday, after putting all 11 bottles out again, the delivery gets rescheduled AGAIN to Monday, 9/27 and not until after the delivery was supposed to happen. What the $#*!? Am I going to move all my god-damned empties back out on Monday only to have it re-scheduled again?
Canceled "service"
Two weeks ago canceled our contract with them due to moving out of state. They said they would be out the next week to pick up tge empties. They never came out so we had to call them again and they saud they would be out the next day. Overnight they changed their policy that we had not ordered enough for pick-up. Now they want 19 dollars to pick them up.
Never delivered, claims they delivered but I got nothing - certainly took my money though. I have to go through a dispute process with my bank now...
Buyer Beware! ReadyRefresh is an organized crime unit. They try to increase your rates more than twice a year. When you don't agree to the price hike they illegally try and charge you a cancellation fee which they have no legal contract or signature to do so. They will then continue to charge you late fees and send you to a collection agency. When your credit card company denies there claim they still continue to charge you. When the credit card company calls and asks for an explication of charges they do not answer or return calls. This company is run like a mafia. Stay away and beware.
I can only warn you to stay away! The customer service is not concerned with the customer or orders that were never received. My official complaint will be with the BBB.
Since I've moved to Austin area. Worst service ever! Always rescheduled in the middle of the night. I can't get water delivered for two weeks now. Text messages rescheduled in the middle of the night. No one shows. Customer service number hungs up and recording that there are to many calls. Finally been on hold for an hour to be told I'm rescheduled once again. Then I'm being charged 50 for cleaning fee to cancel. This does not deserves a ONE star. Calling BBB.
I am beyond fed up with this service. I have called in countless times due to the drivers not following directions on delivery of our water bottles. Left down the stairs blocking door ways left in poor places and water deliveries being cancelled. And now you can't even reach customer service. Someone needs to contact me ASSP!
Very bad Services! I am an old customer with ReadyFresh since 2016. I used to be use auto-pay, but from this year April I found my bill a lot of mistakes, and I spent a lot of time wishing to resolve the problem, however, ReadyFefresh bad services make me very disappointed. On 06/03/2016 10:25 AM, 08/08/2016 talked with your customer's service, I do not need your water dispenser but you did not come to pick up and charge my rent fee serval years. On 04/22,05/10,05/22,07/13 2021, I called you regarding you did not send me the water but you still charge me the money, and I need correction, then I stopped the auto-pay, but you did not take care instead give me 2 times the late fee. Very bad service! Cheat my money! The more funny thing is, I write a bad Serivice review on readyrefresh Website, the company always blocks my review. So bad experience!
I agree with previous negative reviews. They add fees at every opportunity. Delivery fee instituted as a gas tax many years ago with the gas shortage and it is now $6.95 per delivery. I opened this month's invoice and saw a $3.00 Invoice fee! They actually charged me to send me their bill! Problem is, other services like Crystal seem to follow suit. I am not unfortunately in a position to lug 5 gallon jugs from Walmart. Will continue to explore options
I had an account with ReadyRefresh for 3 years. It was easy to set up and they delivered water cooler water regularly. When I moved away from the United States, in spite of many emails and website messages they refused to cancel the account. I was told I could only cancel if I explained the reasons to customer service on the phone. Every time I call there is a message to say they are very busy and cannot take any calls. If you sign with this company they will never let you leave even if you aren't in the country. Outrageous customer service never again! I caution you to avoid this company

Answer: Customer service is terrible. I told them I was cancelling my service and they said OK. They did not care why, they had ZERO interest in resolving a small problem, instead they transferred me right over to cancellation department which must be a busy place to work!
