My delivery driver Jonathan Logan is a great worker and works very hard. He does a great job whenever he delivers and he is very well mannered.
Wont collect the empties but happy to keep delivering and leave you with a big collection of bottles - they are rude and don't care.

This company is the worst! They do not show up when they are scheduled, then they text you with different dates (as if you have nothing better to do then to wait on water everyday). If that's not enough, at times they text and say the water was delivered, but there is no delivery. You call customer service and they want to schedule another day. I tired to cancel and the employee refused to cancel, but she was willing to schedule another day because they did not want to lose me as a customer. Oh they canceled my service after a few unprofessional choice words. I mean really, another reschedule on top of the other 4 reschedules? This has gone on for two years. This is the ABSOULTE WORST COMPANY and they do this because they do not have competitors. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Get bottled water from the grocery store, or 5 gallon water from Walmart. ANYWHERE BUT HERE. There is a reason why they have a 1. Rating.
Love this company it is so great and I love how the water always keeps me refreshed it is just such a great company people should start buying more water If I do say so myself.
I canceled there service and they still kept charging me after I paid the balance. I will never use this company again.
I would like to let you know that are company is exceedingly satisfied with your company's product, but more importantly the people that represent your company. I speak of the delivery team their excellent performance and professionalism is above reproach.
This is the worst business I have ever dealt with, cancelled my service after I finally realized the prices had gone up over triple on service/products over the years.
I was paying rental on a dispenser for many years and they sent me a follow up bill for $50 for reconditioning the machine I had paid for many times over!
When I called, I was told they sent that info in an email, I requested another email showing where I agreed to that but amazingly, she said that wasn't possible.

Had Crystal Springs, and they were great! $17.00 per month, service system once a year, mailed invoice once a month, no extra charge... Always contacted me in advance of anything.
THEN, READY-FRESH bought them out... The Service has been stale ever since... (1st) * They started charging me for a "PAPER BILL" $3.00 (who does that?) * (2nd) They ignored calls for service, but then let me know, well, we don't service once a year, only once every 1.5 years.* (3rd) * Then, they started raising the rates. (Now lets think about this, they DO NOT bring me anything, just a rental fee for the equipment: which I have paid for it long ago; had service for seven years) THEY HAVE RAISED THE PRICE BY 45% IN 2 years...
I'm done, canceled my service...

The most crooked company I know of. I canceled my subscription and they continued to deliver water even though my credit card declined trying to force feed me water. I wrote a letter to ReadyFresh no response and then they billed me and added late fees.I then 4 months later I got a text that they were delivering water 3-22-23
And a collection letter. So I called again that just didn't go well. You are better off buying a reverse osmosis unit it is cheaper and much better water than this company delivers. Take their water and have it tested it's not what they say..
I signed up at sam's club and was told the machine would be $1 a month extra. Two weeks later they charged me for the machine and two bottles of water. 179.99 for the water dispenser...smh. No warning and over drafted my account. Can't even get a hold of someone

THEY TOOK OUR WATER DISPENSER AND REPLACED IT WITHOUT OUR ASKING. DIDNT SEE OR HEAR FROM THEM FOR MONTHS. THEN SLAP US WITH A BILL. WE TOLD THEM WE DIDNT WANT THE WATER MACHINE AND THEN THEY TELL US THERE WILL BE A RE-HOMING FEE. SEEMS MLIKE A BIT OF A SCAM CONSIDERING THEY TOOK OUR DISPENSER AND REPLACED IT WITH THEIR OWN ONLY TO NOT DELIVER WATER AND THEN CHARGE US FOR A DISPENSER WE DIDNT WANT, NEED, OR ASK FOR.
I have been a ready refresh customer for over a year. I enjoy trying the new flavors of seltzer water and the ability to update my order to more or less depending on my household consumption, before a new order is shipped out. The water service is convenient and I no longer have to worry about going to the stores to stock up on water.
They consistently do not show up on the date they say they're going to come and several times they've said they delivered water which they never delivered. They are very difficult to work with and take a long time to respond. I recommend that you not do business with them and I wish I read the reviews before I did business with them. I got sucked into their scam on a promo through Costco thinking they were legitimate business. They also try to sell their services through Sams Club. Don't be fooled by the great Temporary deal they will offer you; you will regret it.
My post was deleted which means y'all condone having y'all workers drive doing deliveries while high off weed. So I'm gonna keep posting this. So I guess they can do deliveries while drunk and coked up also,right? This 1 delivery guy name David Hicks that works in Jersey City is always high. He has a nasty attitude and customer service skills sucks.I'm reporting this to every Ready Refresh place cause Jersey City office definitely ain't doing a good job with hiring people. Now I see why people don't get their water. They taking weed breaks or selling water off the truck. Hire people y'all can depend on. Ladies if you see this man David Hicks and his eyes are red, don't let him in your home unless you have a man in the house with you. I know this post will be deleted so I will be reposting again.
We use this horrid company for a water filtration system. We have an issue with the machine and need service. We PROMPTLY called for service and have had our appointment postponed 5 times already with no call. When I ask for a supervisor they told me that they cannot put a supervisor on the call. I have to submit a request and they will call me back. This is the most ridiculous thing i have ever heard. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NEVER USING THIS COMPANY. I will be canceling our service with them since they clearly do not want to retain their customers.

Answer: Customer service is terrible. I told them I was cancelling my service and they said OK. They did not care why, they had ZERO interest in resolving a small problem, instead they transferred me right over to cancellation department which must be a busy place to work!
