We were sold by a door saleswoman who lied about the water dispenser being free with a new deal they were doing & about the price of the water jugs. After we realized we were being overcharged every month, we decided to cancel because they refused to reimburse us. after canceling, we were not told there was a fee for the dispenser, which then resulted in multiple late fees. Now the fee is more than double than the original, & we have no choice but to pay it. Do not ever buy from this company. I see why they have lawsuits against them.
Worst service ever. They keep telling me water will be delivered and it never arrives. My delivery has been cancelled 4x. Something is not right.

This company has some nerve! After being a solid customer for so many years, I closed our account in January because we have moved. I spoke to someone and made sure we are paid up and she confirmed a zero balance. After a few days of closing, we removed our payment information being there's no reason it should remain online with a closed account.
This company tried to charge my closed checking account AND when they didn't succeed added a NSF fee because their fraudulent charge did not go through! Had a feeling after reading so many of these bad reviews that I will be one of their many victims.
Their past due notices were forwarded to my new house in NY and it has gone up to $80! I've emailed them and nobody has given me any explanation what the remaining charges were for except they kept repeating that it has collected NSF fees.
I say this company is dangerous and reckless; be very warned.
I've been using ReadyRefresh for two years. Last year, service was reliable, fast and cheap. This year, I've had three deliveries cancelled without advance notice, and customer service is so difficult to coordinate with. I've gotten multiple notifications of products being delivered when they have not been. Because they're so unreliable, I am not able to leave out empty bottles for them to pick up and the empties are now piling up in my apartment. Each delivery costs $9.99 and each 5 gallon bottle is $12, which makes this an incredibly expensive way to hydrate.
In the beginning everything was great including the price as well. Slowly the bills started to add up. I was on autopay and the last bill was over $90. I cancelled and asked them to pick up the water bottles and dispenser. 4 month after returning the bottles and dispenser I received a call from collections for $15. The explanation was that at the time of cancellation and pickup I had a balance from the paper invoice. I never new that they were charging a $3 paper invoice fee and therefore I continued to accrue $3 per month for Ready Refresh to mail a paper invoice even though I cancelled service in January (4 months ago). Make that make sense.
I recently signed up for this service at my local Sam's Club. My delivery was scheduled for the next day. The window was 8-5 pm. No one showed so I called customer service. They said it was still out for delivery give them until 7pm. At 7pm still no delivery. When I called again, I was told that they were behind no further explanation given. When I asked about a reschedule, I was told it would take 2wks. I immediately cancelled my subscription. Although, my was refunded right away. I noticed that I couldn't delete my card information from their site. I called to have them delete and notify me. I was initially told that my card information couldn't be deleted. I asked to speak w/ escalations because this is unacceptable. Once speaking to them, I was told that there's a lengthy process to have this done. When I mentioned a lawsuit finally I was able to start the process! It took a few days but I received an email stating it was deleted. I didn't trust it so. I cancelled my card and got a new one w/ a new number!
I have tried to get in touch, I emailed them 4 times and no one has gotten back to me. It's nearly impossible! I want to cancel my subscription because I'm not happy with them.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I put in an order. It never arrived. I was told that my order was cancelled because I did not set it up as a recurring order! No one contacted me! They just cancelled it! And, they give you the option of making it a onetime order at checkout!
I have a contract for 3 bottles of water to be delivered every 3 months. Without fail, they try and deliver every 2 months. The last time they delivered, they only left me with 2 bottles. When I called to ask for the 3rd, they apologized but said I would have to pay for a delivery charge to drop off the 3rd bottle because of a minimum order condition.
Terrible, terrible- do not order from them. They no longer carry Deer Park and will just remove it from your delivery without notification.

We can start with the really confusing non-itemized receipts that don't match the price you originally thought you'd pay, the deliveries that forget to drop off everything you ordered, the orders that say they were delivered but there's nothing at your door, the coincidence that every time I manage to get someone on the phone the call drops, and the very confusing payments that I think come out two weeks after the delivery (this is only speculation as I still don't fully know after a year of this service). The one big thing I noticed was it'll advertise three 5 gallon jugs of water for roughly $18, that plus the delivery fee and a little bit of tip brings me to the $30 minimum they require for delivery. Only received one 5 gallon jug for a total of $35? I searched the email, the site, and another link I followed and could not find an itemized receipt for this transaction. And even though I've scheduled to pick up date for them to come collect the dispenser they still keep setting up delivery dates that I just keep skipping because I can't remove the primary card from the account and there's no way to cancel it online. I'm likely just going to have to get a new card.
I had their delivery service. During that time they tried to charge for water they did not deliver several times. I had a rental dispenser and returned it when I decided to buy one. They took the dispenser and stopped the rental charge. A few months later they delivered a new one tgst I did not order or want.I had to call once again to have them come and get it. They took it but began charging me rent. After this I contacted them several times to get them to fix the issue. They would not stop charging me. I eventually had to cancel my debit card to stop them. I reported fraud to Chase bank and the agreed with me. I get calls and letters every week. I keep explaining and they say they will fix it but they do nothing. They are still adding charges and now threatening to go to collection. These guys are crooks, plain and simple. I suggest you stay away.unfortunately I had to leave one star. I'd rather leave -5.
They do not deserve one star! My delivery was set for 4/11. Waited all day for water already paid for. They rescheduled our delivery for 4/14. Refuse to refund my money! I am so over it!
I am in charge of ordering water through ready refresh for my company. I would give it 0 stars if I could. It is difficult to order water. The orders magically change dates and amounts ordered. They will take out reoccurring orders. They make it necessary to order more and more water saying minimum orde isn't met if you ordered more in the past. Really shady and not efficient.
Ready Fresh has a very bad attitude & very poor customer service, they responded very badly to my requests

Readyrefresh is terrible in communicating delivery information. Voice mail always cuts off and even when they send an email with the date, the delivery would change again and again so you never know when your products will be delivered. I have gotten emails giving the delivery date but the order was delivered before and I did not get a chance to put the empty bottle out. Keep in mind they charge when you do not return the bottles. They offer to pick up the bottle but they will charge $19.99 even though they miscommunicated information. The prices are high and you can never get someone in the phone. My bottle have been delivered dented as if just thrown across the floor. Looking to cancel my account as soon as I find another delivery company.
Delivery confirmed. On delivery date truck sat in front of my home. I came outside, heard shuffling in truck, thinking driver was getting my boxes. Next thing I see truck driving away? I contacted company was told deliver6 was going to be extended. Then I get into website and it says order canceled. Out of stock? Will not order again. I emailed, no response twice!
Answer: I believe it's a lack of communication between them and the delivery guys. I had the same issue and cancelled my account. Watch out for your invoices too.

Answer: Customer service is terrible. I told them I was cancelling my service and they said OK. They did not care why, they had ZERO interest in resolving a small problem, instead they transferred me right over to cancellation department which must be a busy place to work!
