Tried to save money by buying Super Socks instead of Autosocks. The Super Socks are worthless. Zero traction. You really do get what you pay for with Autosocks. Tried to return them for CREDIT ONLY towards Autosocks and they basically told me to piss off. Kinda lost my $#*! on them. But my request was very reasonable. Lots of places to buy online. You should pick anyone but Raneys.

Purchased what I thought and was advertised a pair of headlight lenses. After I placed order I realized that the price was for one headlight lens. Called company to cancel order and was told that order was canceled and refunded to my card. Well next day I receive said order UPS and email conformation that order was delivered.
Called company and was informed that they supposedly called me back stating order was processed through manufacturer and they couldn't stop it. Now I have to pay $9 shipping to send it back to them. SCAM Artists!

Answer: I had absolutely no problems getting through to Raney's customer service! First couple of rings they answered and were very knowledgeable! Make sure you call them during business hours and make sure you no what time zone there in! Every business gets busy from time to time so you might have to wait your turn in line! But for me I never had to wait!
