I should of been buy stuff from y'all all along 4 states has messed up on everything I've ordered from them and I'll never do business with them again
I received a bumper but was missing the mounting brackets so I called customer service and they were completely on it. In a matter of a a couple days and a few emails they were able to ship out the brackets I needed. The service was top notch
This was my first time and last time ordering from Raney the sales team was very helpful but the customer service sucks order parts from another company the same day after I ordered from Raney already received those parts and Raney still haven't shipped my parts out that was a in-stock part called back 2 days after placing the order told that I could pay for faster shipping which I did 5 hours later no invoice for the extra that I paid for the faster shipping and the parts still haven't shipped out yet Raney doesn't have to worry about any more of my business again and I'm going to let everyone else that I know about this

I ordered the part based upon the specific make and model of the truck I needed it for, but the wrong part was delivered. It was too expensive to return the item so I ate it and went with another company for the correct part.
