This company performs as advertised and is responsive to my needs. I wish more people would use it. As I get older, I dislike going out shopping more and more. But Ebates makes it easy and economical to shop from the comfort of my home.
Of course it's a great app to earn "free money" but... Ebates has a FANTASTIC customer support team! They are friendly and go above & beyond to help resolve any issues. Their support team is every bit as great as getting the Big Fat Check! I definitely recommend anyone and everyone try this out! You won't be disappointed!
I have used many of the cashback sites before and ebates is the best one I have used. Their cash back % is not always the best but their customer service has been the best. I recommended them and the brower toolbar.

Ripped me off of my welcome and referral bonus and most of my trips didn't get credit. I got a email saying they were "fixing problem" well it never got fixed
EBates is honest and does exactly what they say they are going to do. Customer service is beyond Great. I shop on line all the time and even more so because of EBates.
Very easy to use. Get rebates on products you buy and save a lot of money. Every 3 months they mail you a rebate check so you can do more shopping...
I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the company and their customer service. If you're not using already, it's time to give it a try. Who doesn't want to be paid for their purchases!?!
8/29/17. It has been postponed for a month. Have contacted them but the answer is not a solution. They initially asked me to provide everything showing that I stayed that hotel. And after all documents had been turned in and then they said they need to verify with hotel, but no answer from hotel, period. I have to wait until hotel's verification. Obviously, they are not taking their website promise seriously. Will that call false advertising?
Conclusion: To earn this cash back, I have spent tons of time and energy, not worthy to use ebate.
I LOVE Ebates. Recently I had a problem and did not receive my initial Ebate credit. They followed-up and kept me apprised of their progress every step of the way. Periodically I received an email letting them know they had not forgotten me, but my issue had not been resolved. I appreciate that correspondence because it take a bit of time to get my issue resolved.
I had not heard about Ebates until last year. Recently I had an issue with an order I did that I never saw the cash back for. It took approximately 3 months to get the cash back for the purchase and they would message me every week to give me an update of the status of my cash back. Once I thought it might be an automated message that they had in their system to send out to me and replied back that a supervisor should be involved. Needless to say within the hour a supervisor contacted me apologizing for the delay and the current update of the order. I was really blown away as I know that sometimes companies don't check general inboxes like that. Even after the supervisor contacted me a customer service agent updated me weekly about my claim. They followed up every step of the way and I can say that I am truly impressed. By the end of the 3 months I personally didn't think I would get the cash back since it was taking this long but I did! I have never dealt with a company that has provided such exceptional customer service as Ebates.
I absolutely love shopping online and how awesome is it to get money back just by shopping through eBates. I love this site. Such amazing customer service and all of the associates are friendly and fast at answering any questions I have. I had a few purchases that didn't capture but reached out to an associate who quickly compensated me for the mistake. I couldn't ask for an easier way to shop online.
I love ebates! Discovered it years ago and have been using it ever since. It's a shame NOT to use it--sometimes you get just 1 or 2% back, but other times I have experienced 15% back on certain sites! The money adds up... love getting those checks! I also love how they have coupons on the site that you are going to possibly use--it makes it so convenient... love love love this site!
The customer service is outstanding. I forgot to use ebates this past weekend and emailed them. They accepted the receipt and gave me the "rebate" or "cash back" on the purchase I made. I have never been let down by their customer service team or the website. Comes in handy around the holidays! LOVE them
I joined Ebates in 2011, but I didn't really start using it until the last year or so. I'm now kicking myself for not using it for all of my online purchases, and I NEVER buy anything without going to Ebates first! I'VE GOTTEN $374.11 IN FREE MONEY SO FAR!
First off, it's very easy to use, and doesn't require any sort of personal payment info. You just go to the app, type in the name of the business you're wanting to shop with, and it takes you to the exact site you'd normally see by going straight to that site, but with Ebates runs in the background.
When your purchase is compete, they pay out a percentage of your subtotal, anywhere from about 1-12%. This might not sound like a lot, but you're getting money back for something you were going to buy anyway! HOW CAN THIS BE ANYTHING BUT GREAT?! They pay out quarterly, so it can be like an extra pay day!
On top of giving you free money, Ebates also gives you all of the promo codes that are available for that store at that time. Discounts and free money sounds good to me! I tell people about this site all the time, which has made me even more money since they pay you for referrals!
I've also only had great experiences with customer service, which is something I rarely find myself saying. There has been a couple of times where I didn't get the credit I had coming. I send them a message, and they usually credit my account immediately!
I highly recommend using Ebates. There are sites like it, but none with as many stores as they have, and they seem to add more all the time!

I live in Tampa and somehow I received the same number as Rakuten. I'm going to try to get this resolved with my carrier. I would try to contact online for customer service. Just a heads up.
Ebates has been good overall.
However, Motel 6 stays are not getting paid out. The stays are recorded, however, several months later still no Ebates cash back.
Last year my Motel 6 stays took longer than most purchases and travel to pay out, however, this year there is an ongoing problem and it is not being addressed.
They need to review their agreement with Motel 6, and enforse the agreed contact and make the payouts.
I am having HUGE problems with this site. They are not accurately tracking the amounts spent and therefore the "payback" is close to nothing. For some reason, several transactions have not even been recorded. To add to that, when I have contacted ebates regarding the issues, NO BODY has called or emailed me back. I have sent yet another email regarding the problems I have been experiencing and still, NOTHING! Go with a more reliable company/website.
So yeah, I love the concept as I buy nearly everything I need in life on line lol. But now whats this... no amazon? I'm lost, I buy almost everything there. And over the last month most transactions would not go through. With that said, I am going to try to make it work one more time, but I am sure I will not earn that much if amazon is out. We shall see.
This is def for people who do nothing but shop online. I think I've earned about 20.00 so far. I did forget to use it but still its a good source to make cash back. I have noticed that they are working with amazon anymore though and that where I mostly shop.
