They sent me the wrong chair, Have not replied to any messages I have sent them as well. I have tried posting a few 5 times already every two weeks and nothing ever gets posted. I bought one of these chairs before loved it and thats why I bought another one. They sent me something different and I hate it. I will not buy from them again period.

I love Ebates!
At first I was suspicious of being scammed
But NO! I just got my second Big Fat Check from them, it's like $160

WOW.
I've never thought I would have that much cashback just from online shopping!

Their customer service is great! For my first check, I did not get credits from my purchase (for some reasons). However, I called them and explained the problem I got, they did a good job on solving that problem out for me in a kind manner!
So that didnt bother me at all.

For someone who experiences the same problem, if u didnt get credits for a purchase, you can go to Ebates app ==> "Where's My Cash Back" ==> click on the purchase u didnt get credits for ==> type in Order Number and Order Subtotal

I'll keep using Ebates, it's the first thing I would think of whenever I do online shopping!

Many times I do not get credit for what I have bought. If you want them to find out why be prepared to dig back months lookin for the online sales that did not pay you for. Once I pay for an item and it is delivered I forget about it. If their system is so good they should have all the info. Why is it up to me to keep track of their business. I quit dealing with them for the puny check they send. Most of the times it is about 30 percent of what it should be. This is very aggravating.

I am very happy with Ebates 100%. Their customer service is outstanding and has responded to any of my questions within an hour, and resolutions to any issue within the same timeframe! I highly recommend this company for anyone that shops online regularly! And by the way, I am not fake! This is not a fake review! If you have issues with Ebates then you should do like I did and contact customer service before giving them a bad review! Thank you Ebates! Debbie Rossow

I have nothing but good things to say. The site is so easy to use and you even get reminders to enable your cash back. I've had times when either an order didn't register for whatever reason (or just not rite away) and even when I just forgot to click my "ebates button" during a check out and customer service was awesome about making sure i received my cash back amount. The response time is super fast and the representatives are always friendly. I tell everyone about ebates and I will continue to do so.

I can tell a fake review from a real one. Most Real reviews you can tell because most people make mistakes and spelling and spacing in their reviews. None of these reviews have any mistakes they are perfectly edited reviews which makes me leery. I won't do anything with a company that does edited reviews and they're so perfect you can tell by looking at them. They have somebody spending a lot of time editing s*** that they didn't want people to see because they didn't want the real thing to come out about their company so this is why they edit all these reviews or put them in just just to say that they're 'five star'. They do this all on purpose to F with your head and make you think that irs such a great company to work for when in reallity, its nothing but a scam and a waste of time. I would never do anything with Ebates just because of reading these fake effing reviews! You have ti be smart!

I really like the idea of Ebates. I signed up and made a few purchases. Within hours or a day the cash back was documented. But it seems like that has slowed. The last 3 purchases have not shown up in my cash back as quickly. The pain in the butt is that you have to keep track of where you shopped, the date, the subtotal, and the order number in order to put in a request to find out what happened to your cash back. It's become more frustrating for me to QC than I want to really deal with.
