Ebates.com cheated me out of a big transaction (It doesn't seem to have problems with small transactions! Hmmm...). I made sure a followed all the rules, activates ebates.com, checked out, made sure I did not use any other discounts, etc. and yet, they did not give me my 4.75% back! Disappointed!
These folks really helped me with a purchase problem I had and they came through.

I had been having problems with Ebates because I am disabled and cannot get to the bank. They persisted in sending me checks instead of letting me opt for gift cards. They have made good on all of it. I was contacted by the director of member services and he fixed everything. I was given a gift card for the checks I could not cash plus a little extra for my inconvenience all these months. He also assured me that, in the future, all rewards would be given to me in the form of gift cards.
If you are having problems with them, do contact customer service and get to the director.

Good luck getting your cash back on expensive items I bought( 3) $50 dollar gold bullions before I bought them I went to the Ebates page and it said up to 2% cash back on Collectibles Sales & Events expires 3/31/2018 I bought the items on 3/30/2018, I clicked on shop now and was sent directly to the eBays page I clicked on collectibles and sales and bought the 3 items but I never received the 2% cash back of $82.56. I sent them an email and explained my situation and their reply was they don't pay on paper money and coins that I was confused it is very clear that gold bullions are uncirculated collectibles. Mr. Ted L. One of the supervisors sent me an email stating I was confused and offered to give me a $10 credit on my next purchase. They are dishonest scammers

Awesome company. Above parr customer service. Highly recommended! I do a lot of online shopping at Amazon and Walmart. That does help a lot. I hope they are able to negotiate the same deal with CVS Pharmacy they have with Walgreens.
This is a great company (site) completely designed to benefit the consumer. You get cash back on purchases that you otherwise would not receive.
In addition, the customer/member service team is amazing. I contacted them with an issue, and within hours it was completely resolved. They acted swiftly and considerately to resolve my problem. This is a great company that truly cares about their consumer!
Just joined on the 3rd of March, 2018 and have already qualified for a cash back check. In fact, they sent me a check for $1.40 just to show me that the system works. They also sent me a FREE $10 Gift Card from Walmart. I have made about 10 purchases that qualified for a rebate. One of the purchases from Omaha Steaks didn't show up in my rebates list, so I wrote them an email showing them the pertinent information and they IMMEDIATELY corrected the error before even checking with Omaha Steaks for the purchase info. When I say IMMEDIATELY, I mean IMMEDIATELY. When I sent the info about the purchase to them, by the time I clicked SEND and the next page loaded they had already given me the rebate of $3.50. You cannot get any faster than that. I highly recommend Ebates.com to all of my friends and anyone else who will listen!
Good luck getting your rebates. You'll have to chase them and email, and call, and then be told that if it's the 1st full moon on a tuesday, it won't qualify. Or if you used a buy it now, and not bid, or if its a shirt, but not cotton... etc... greed is killing this rebate site. Sad to see.
