Rakuten has consistently provided rebates on many online purchases I have made. There may be sites that offer more money back, but not one other is as easy to use as Rakuten.

I don't know, maybe it's for a cell phone but I have to go to e-bates and then click and then go to the site to order... if I remember it's great. I still don't know how I'm to get my savings. Savings amounts vary one month it was 19 some and the next month 9... did I lose 10... hopefully it will sort itself out.

The integration with the chrome browser makes it easy to use and ensure we get all possibile savings.

I wish there was a way I could link my cards and actually get rebates on in-store shopping, not just online. It would also be nice if you do an online purchase & forget to go through Rakuten if there was someway to submit it

I like that everything is on one site, and that is also gives coupons for discounts.My only complaint is I wish shopping had higher points that can be earned, and that the coupon offers were bigger discounts.

I've been using Rakuten (formerly Ebates) for almost 20 years. I love the browser extension so I never miss a rebate. I use several other online savings programs but Rakuten gives me the best rebate the majority of the time.

I have been using the website for years and recently installed the plug in for the Edge Browser.

The only complaint I have is knowing if I am still set to save or not when using the plug in. Sometimes if I have a lot of shopping to do, or have to login to a site, the savings is not obvious if it is turned on or not.

The heading says it all. I still dont understand why you need 100 characters to force anyone to give you feedback.

I am not sure what changed other than the name, but seemed to work better when you were Ebates. Since the change it sees as tough there are less stores/offers relevant to me

I have not received a check since Ebates became Rakuten. I keep getting $ added, but have not received a check, so I don't know what my experience will be like.

Getting money back on shopping sites that I already shop at is a no brainer! Just one extra click and cha-ching!

I feel like the money comes to me a little slowly, but I guess it has to go through all the channels and get approved before it reaches me.

Rakuten is so easy to use. Install the extension to your browser and it lets you know when you're on a site that offers cash back or coupons.

Great to be able to receive discounts and get a refund on sites i shop all the time. Wish some more of my regular places were covered more often like amazon, etc but its an added bonus when they are.

I have used Ebates and Rakuten for a number of years and have received a good amount of rebates. It's nice to have the extra savings while I shop!
