Vendor mishandled rebate, Rakuten intervened -- all squared away. There is a thunderstorm rolling in having no effect on this review, but you demanded more characters. TY

This was a seamless transaction from Ebates to Rakuten. Always happy with this website, always making money. What's not to like? Anyone who is not using Rakuten is throwing money away.

I am on a fixed income, and that does not go far these days. Any time that I can save some money, it is a great experience for me. Ratkuten is that rewarding experience as it is always there for me. I do not have to do anything spectacular for it to work for me, and yet, it is still there working for me. I love getting messages telling me that I have saved again, and it all adds up fast.

I have gotten some great bargains, but some are not recognized when I order online from some companies

I've been a long time user and have never had anything but a positive experience. If you shop online, or now even in brick & mortar stores, using Rakuten is a very easy money saving tool.

It's easy to use assuming you do a lot of online shopping. Would recommend to others, would be better if more rebates were available and more stores participated

Easy to navigate. Carries most merchants I deal with. Never had any problems! Can trust that I will get credit for merchants that I deal with. Good value.

It was so easy to book 4 hotel rooms at a great price! I was happy that it came up in the web search that I did.

The percentages back need to be better. Over the years many retailers have left. The amount back barely covers the sales tax on item or shipping.

I enrolled in Rakuten back in 2001 when it was known as Ebates. To date, I have "earned" over $2200 in cash back. I do the majority of my shopping online and nearly every site at which I shop is listed. On the very rare occasion that a rebate hasn't been posted, I contact Rakuten and immediately receive my credit.
I have recommended them to all of my friends and relatives.

I'd love to see more craft sites here. More than just clothing, really. I work from home and just don't go through a lot of clothes anymore!
