Their communication during the order and shipping process was timely and transparent. I purchased a large amount of items for the renovation of our new home. I recently had an issue with one of the more expensive items I had purchased. I contacted quality bath and was put in touch with Leah in after sales department. She submitted a claim on my behalf and was able to get it approved and have another one shipped out to me in less than 3 days. She was amazing! I will never buy any bath product form anywhere else! I had a previous order from Quality Bath, and wanted to duplicate the item. I was unable to find my invoice, so I called and spoke to Aron. He immediately looked for the correct information, ordered it ASAP, and I received it within a week! So impressed with their willingness to search through old records to help me find the right item with ZERO complaint or attitude!

For those of you for whom a bathroom is the most important room in your house Quality Bath is the invaluable source for all your bathroom needs. My special thanks go to Aron who not only helped to find what I was exactly looking for but also made my complex order which involved shipping to Europe much simpler than I expected. This coupled with a great price turned part of my renovation project much less stressful and a real pleasure.

Placed on online order and got a personal e-mail from Ruthi warning of a super-long special order lead time for one particular item. Miri and Dov were super responsive in helping to find a suitable replacement meeting my time constraints, whole process via e-mail and phone took only a few minutes to complete - and this wasn't even a super-big order! Quality Bath will certainly be on my radar for my next remodel.

We had an emergency bathroom renovation which meant that we didn't have time to really shop for fixtures. Aron found us options that were in stock and top quality. This was a great experience.

In August 2021, we ordered a Franke Hot Water Tank and new faucet to replace our instant hot system. In January 2024, the hot water tank stop working. Qualitybath was so helpful in getting a replacement sent from Franke under warranty. Chaya in Returns was especially helpful and followed up on a timely basis. Would definitely recommend this vendor for future purchases.

I received parts that I ordered but I was missing connectors. I figured out that this was because I ordered a filter replacement rather than a filter "set." Aron suggested that I not return the error part but just keep it in reserve for next year when I have to replace the filter. Probably good advice but would up spending nearly $400 instead of the lower amount. Goo advice, esp. Since restocking fee is 10%, but still a crazy amount to spend on a water filter.

Five star customer service! Had issues with my order and they were handled smoothly and easily by Chaya. When you call you actually get a real person. That is worth a lot these days!
Would definitely order from them again! Prices are great too!

I have completed a number of renovations and typically used Fergusons. I stumbled across this site and decided to give them a shot with a bathroom remodel. Glad I did. Akiva was very helpful in quickly answering questions, giving me the best price I could find online (better than Fergusons for sure) and shipping out the items as scheduled. First part of the order was quick and I received the estimated ship dates for all other items. Will definitely use them (and ask for Akiva) again.

Lea at Quality Bath really went out of her way to help find a package that I shipped to them by mistake. It was a Christmas gift that I accident returned to them instead of sending it to a friend. I received my package in the mail yesterday & can forward it on. Thank you Lea, for all your help!

I just purchased vanities from QualityBath.com for a complete bathroom remodel. QualityBath.com has a huge selection, but the website make it very simple for me to customize. I visited other websites and visited local vendors, but no one was able to match the quality, convenience, service and price.

BUT what really made my experience superb was Josh. He make the process feel very personal - which is a big relief when you're make a big purchase and you don't want to get it wrong. I wasn't expecting such individualized service from an online vendor. Thanks Josh!

I utilized the site after finding a sink that fit my need (and want) for an upcoming kitchen renovation. This business had the best pricing for the sink with positive historical user reviews that allowed for confidence via online purchasing. I ended up purchasing all of my kitchen fixtures thanks to their customer rep, Akiva, who assisted me with a quote to include the additional items, (faucet, disposal, instant hot water heater) while offering competitive pricing for several of the items based on pricing from competitors. Nice selection of products, competitive pricing and great customer care. I will be back for additional fixtures as I continue to renovate my home.
