I received my complete system in a week after I placed it, the bowl was damaged during shipping, the customer service representative said they will ship me a new one without any charge, plus a free small part which I messed it up. Very good company to do business with.

The silver granite sink goes perfect with my marble backsplash and emerald green countertop. It has been in for a month and it does not show water spots, it rinses everything down the drain without leaving any marks. I get compliments from everyone who sees it. QualityBath had great pricing (and free shipping!) on the kitchen sink I wanted. It shipped and arrived quickly after my order was placed. They were very clear that you should closely inspect the delivery and any issues with products needed to be reported within 24 hours of receipt. I did find that there was an issue with one of the enclosed drains so I contacted them w/in the 24 hours and they immediately took care of the issue and had a replacement drain shipped out to me to rectify it. Very responsive customer service experience! Will buy from them again as I have other needs.
They do not expressly state it, but they charge you 20% restocking on any returned items. This is crazy in the current day of Internet shopping. You can't even see the products unless you order them... of course they should deal with returns.
This was my first time dealing with QualityBath.com and it won't be my last. To start off, they had the best price on the exact product I was looking for. So I decided to take a chance and I ordered a rather expensive fireclay sink from a company that I had never heard of before. The website was easy to navigate and the ordering process was super easy. They even took PayPal which gave me some added confidence and insurance if things had gone bad. Through no fault of their own my sink was apparently damaged during shipping. I discovered this and I was immediately worried about the return process. It was the weekend and they were closed and for a brief moment I was afraid that there would be trouble getting a replacement. On the following Monday I called their 1-800 number and quickly I had a real person in the return department on the phone named Janet. She was incredible to deal with. All I had to do was email some pictures of the damage and within the hour I had a follow-up email stating my replacement sink was due to be shipped out within 72 hours. That was about as painless as you can get. I am so impressed with QualityBath.com that there can be no doubt that I will do business with them again. I strongly encourage anyone reading this to give them a chance. QualityBath.com did right by me. Thank you.
A very expensive product was broken by the slightest touch within in days of our purchase we called QualityBath.com and they replaced the product immediately with no other questions asked.
I ordered a claw foot tub with a black painted exterior. I wanted black feet but that wasnt an option so I ordered white feet and planned to paint them myself. On a whim I emailed Rikki and asked if it would be possible to get the feet painted when the tub was painted. Within 30 minutes she had called Barclay and arranged for my tub to have black feet matching the exterior, at no additional cost! Amazing service! Thank you so very much! I cant wait to get my new tub!
I found QualityBath to have a wide selection of product, very competitive on pricing, and terrific customer service. Many Internet accessed companies make the sale and go away. QualityBath is there through the product acceptance and service afterwards. Freida in customer service was especially persistent and wonderful to work with.

We purchased a quartz sink and it was delivered overnight! When it came it had a slight manufacturing flaw on the underside. We called and talked to Freida, sent her photos, and she took care of contacting the manufacturer directly for us. Through email, she kept us unto date on everything that was happening, and a new free replacement sink was shipped out in less than a week. If only every business we dealt with for our kitchen remodel was this efficient, helpful, and pleasant! We also talked with Adina, who was equally pleasant and helpful. Answer: They contacted the manufacturer and arranged for a custom size. A closer, smaller company (the nearest to me was two hours way by car) simply replied that the company does not offer the size I needed and didn't bother to inquire with the manufacturer. Two other companies I contacted in the same area didn't bother to reply to my inquiry.
