Redid one of our bathrooms. Bought hardware, towel bars and so on. This time and every time QualityBath has performed totally excellent -- handling things smoothly and flawlessly. They also carry a high quality line of products.

I purchased a faucet roughly six months ago. There was an issue with the sprayer not connecting back up to faucet properly. I called into Customer Service and worked with Adina. She contacted the manufacturer and made arrangements for a replacement part to be mailed directly to me. I couldn't be happier with the level of support and my decision to purchase from Quality Bath. I ordered a snap in shower grid for our bathroom remodel. I later discovered that the shower grid will not fit in the new shower drain. Adina was extremely helpful in arranging a refund for the unneeded shower grid. THANK YOU!

Charlie, the sales rep, was very friendly & helpful. He even gave a discount I didn't know about. My sink shipped quickly & arrived unharmed. Once installed, I realized the sink grate was not there. I called & Shifra contacted the manufacturer who promptly sent the sink grate. I will definitely shop here again!

I really enjoy working with Quality Bath. They are very friendly, professional and provide great customer service. They make working with them a wonderful experience. My vanity top did not arrive with the vanity. I didn't open my package upon arrival. Big mistake! Don't miss the 24 hr. Policy. I contacted Quality Bath and got to Adina. She was awesome! Went above and beyond to help me get my top! Got my project back on track! I'll recommend this company to anyone. Found an unusual size vanity that is perfect!
