We have ordered several items from Quality Bath over the past few years, without issue. Their pricing is very good, and we've always found their customer service to be helpful. Our most recent purchase involved several special order items with an extended lead time. Unfortunately one of our sinks was the wrong size for a vanity. We have found that the best measure of customer service is how a situation is handled when things go wrong, and with these products there is obviously little room for error. In this case we could not be happier with how we were treated as customers, and how the issue was solved. Dov immediately responded to my email to ask for pictures of the wrong sink, and Freida also took action with Duravit to find out what product was shipped, and to locate a proper replacement (which fortunately was in stock).
The whole process was courteous, professional, and grounded in common sense. We received our replacement sink a full 10 days earlier than expected. We highly recommend Quality Bath, and will continue to order from them due to their solid customer service.

I purchased a Grohe faucet for our basement gameroom about four years ago. The chrome was starting to pit despite hardly ever being used. Initially the Grohe warranty department was contacted. For two weeks Grohe gave me the runaround as they couldn't decide whether to handle the replacement on their own or not. Frieda was superb at handling the return. She really made up for Grohe's lack of customer service, communication, and follow up. 5 stars to Quality Bath for handling a Grohe warranty issue 4 years after the original sale!

I ordered an Herbeau Farm Sink from Quality Bath and it arrived with a small flaw in the bottom of the sink. Freida in Customer Service was incredibly helpful. I sent pictures of the problem, she called the company and a replacement sink was on its way with no hassles at all. This is how you always hope Customer Service will work, but sadly these days, it is not always the case. I am very, very pleased with both the product and the quality of service I received. I highly recommend them.

I purchased the Perlato Sona Free Standing Soaker Tub from Quality Bath. I got a great price, and the tub came in perfect condition. It was packaged well and delivery was prompt. We have been in our house for a couple of months now, and I am still enjoying baths in my awesome tub.
