I purchased a Hansgrohe hand shower almost 4 years ago and the water regulator (I live in CA) stopped working and the turbo setting comes out way too forceful and no longer limiting the gallons per minute anymore. The other 2 settings aren't useful as they are too weak. I asked Quality Bath about the warranty and Tammy in Returns helped me resolve this very quickly. She contacted the company, requested a replacement for us, and within a couple of weeks, we received the replacement Hansgrohe hand shower and it is working perfectly. Quality Bath stands behind their products and care about their customers' experiences. I didn't expect service like this; it's hard to find top-notch people and companies these days! Thank you so much!

Qualitybath.com came up in google when I searched for a particular drain I wanted to order. I worked with Aron (a member of their sales team) to complete the purchase order. Because I needed the product quickly, not only did Aron search the company's own inventory, he reached out to the distributor and then the manufacturer to figure out how I could get the product sooner. He ended up arranging for the product to be shipped directly to me from the manufacturer's warehouse, which meant I got it in 2-3 days versus the 10+ it would have taken if we would have used the regular ordering process. In addition, Aron negotiated quality bath to match a price from a local bath shop in my neighborhood.
A few weeks later I needed another bathroom fixture and Aaron again helped me with the order. The whole process was quick and easy. I wish I had learned about quality bath and their customer service earlier. If/when I do future construction, I would purchase my fixtures and accessories from quality bath. Ask for Aron!

I found Quality Bath because I was looking for a specific luxury vanity brand that was not available at a lot of vendors. After a not very positive experience at another vendor I found Quality Bath and decided to give them a try. The customer service experience was AWESOME! The selection of quality products is amazing and they carry brands that you cannot easily find at other retailers. Since this purchase Quality Bath has become my first stop when purchasing plumbing, fixtures and hardware. I cannot recommend them enough.

Team member called Dov email and also called me after I put the order online, to make sure the toto washlet I bought is matching with my toto toilet model and it is impressed me. They are not only selling the product and also make sure the customer has good experience.

I called in to see if Quality Bath could sell me a new drain plug for my Hydro System tub that I purchased from Quality Bath. I had been working directly with Hydro System for a couple months on getting warranty service and was most recently waiting two weeks for a response from Hydro Systems. Tammy said she would check with Hydro Systems to see if she could help. 10 minutes later I received a response from Hydro Systems, letting me know that they would be sending me a new drain plug right away. I am very grateful for Tammy's help and will not hesitate to purchase from Quality Bath in the future.

Quality Bath has been our go-to company for purchases related to bathroom renovation. Ruthie did an excellent job of helping us purchase showers etc. for our first bathroom renovation. We had her email address and recently contacted her for our second bathroom renovation and received the same professional, courteous and excellent service.
