Ruthie went above and beyond to make sure that the communication for the delivery of my product was done in a timely manner and without issues. When my mirror was chipped from installation, she was extremely helpful in finding a solution to make my experience as easy as possible to get the results I needed.

I renovated 3 bathrooms in my Florida condo and was referred to Josh at Quality Bath by someone in the building business.
Josh made the process of ordering fixtures and material for the renovation very easy and his prices were very competitive.

I only order items for my home from this website because of their customer service. They truly put the customer first and make things right if something goes wrong with a product or delivery. Additionally, they always have the best price. Ruthie helped me with an issue I had with delivery and resolved it immediately!

This was the first time I had ever heard of Quality Bath. Their selection was impressive and the website easy to navigate. The original farmhouse sink I ordered was no longer available in the color I needed. I received both a phone call and e-mail from customer service sincerely apologizing. Naomi stepped up and helped me find a great replacement sink, with an unlacquered brass strainer (from the original sink's manufacturer) and a protective grid to fit. She put it all together, sent me a quote and all I had to do was purchase! I got an email today saying that part of the order was shipped today (1-day after ordering!) Wow! I will definitely return to Quality Bath for future purchases. Thank you Naomi for going the extra mile for me.

Avi was my sales contact and he was excellent. I was looking for a free standing tub for our master bath remodel and they had the best price on the tub we wanted ….by a lot!

Although there were issues with the order, Chaya, at Quality Bath, worked with me until all issues/replacements were resolved. Her customer service goes beyond expectations and was quite helpful in working through the exchange process and provided excellent info in order to make the right decisions. I have bought a significant number of items from quality bath for two bathroom remodels this year. It has been great working with Akiva and team to answer all my questions and meet my needs. The company is able to accommodate you in so many ways. One thing I really like is that they will keep larger items in the warehouse until your project starts. Once you give them the go ahead, they ship it out immediately. Everyone at the company has been super responsive and is ready to assist you with whatever you need. Their prices are great and they have earned my trust and confidence for sure.

Quality Bath is my go to for plumbing fixtures. I am in the middle of a bathroom remodel and the faucet manufacturer sent a wrong part. Andina, the customer service representative at Quality Bath, quickly processed my claim request and contacted the manufacturer for a replacement. I wouldn't hesitate to buy again from this online merchant.

The hose from our spray faucet to the filer to our tub broke under warranty. We were assisted promptly and in great form in having a new one shipped to us. I have not received the replacement yet, but I look forward to swapping out the new one with the broken one.

Chaya worked with the manufacturer (Strasser Woodenworks) to have them send replacement doors at no cost.

Placed an online order for a medicine cabinet. When opened found a crack in the mirror. One email and Ruth made sure to assure me she would take care of everything.
