Terrific, got lots of stuff from you over the years

I've been a Quadratec customer for years. Never had a problem with them.

Easy to order - used the chat feature to confirm a $50 dollars shipping rate - which was a little deceiving when the Quadratec webpage claims free shipping with purchase of 100 dollar purchase. Item was on sale which was the driving force for me to order and then with the shipping cost it was an added expense I did not expect. Rock Sliders were easy to install - look great! Just wish the company was more transparent with their freight shipping rates.

Product had paint damage due to manufacturer packaging material, customer service gave a discount to help pay for the enamel to fix the chipped area. They are rails so they will get damaged eventually. Overall amazing product, great customer service, and great addition to the JLUX.

Stick piling parts at the moment, have yet to install. It appears to be good quality, fast easy order.

Selecting and ordering from Quadratec was good as usual.

Fit like the original. Just have to add the hose to the fuel filter.

Ordered online and they arrived as promised. Installed them same day with relative ease.

Most orders I've placed usually ship out on time, or at least by the next business date depending on when the order was placed. Their site is usually up to date on whether something is on backorder or not, or if it's something that will be sent directly from the manufacturer or another supplier/retailer. So far I've never had an issue with incorrect items being sent.

Product is as advertised and arrived in timely manner.

I clicked add to cart. I checked out and then a few days later my order showed up at my house. That's how ordering on the internet works.

I love just about everything about the bumper, except the fog light housings. They are a pia when trying to mount your fog lights. The screws are small and one side of each housing is a nightmare to get anything behind to hold your nut in place. Quality and look of the bumper were great though!

Everything including shipping was fine. Fitment was good. Ordered an extra for another jeep - will install that one at some point.

I got exactly what I was looking for at Quadratec. I will be returning for future goodies for my Jeep.
